The writers of the extant angelic history in Job and the Apocryphal books, confirmed by the apostolic teaching in the Bible, provide the detail of how the problem starts not just with the angels forcing themselves on human women, but the masses of humanity who, for the sake of personal empowerment, choose to ally themselves with powerful but wicked angels instead of God, i.e. the ungodly.
Seriously, don’t we recognize this same dynamic throughout all history?
“God spared not 1) the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world [from being also reserved unto judgment], bringing in the flood upon the world of the 2) ungodly [humans]; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes…making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation / lifestyle of the wicked [intercourse with angels] (II Peter 2:4-7)
“there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men…even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, 1) giving themselves over to fornication, 2) and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these [current] filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion / authority over them…in those things they corrupt themselves…And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” (Jude 1:3-15)
If Jesus saves us from our sins, even adultery and murder as he did with King David, then the ungodly defiling of the flesh that is defined as corrupting themselves unto judgment can only be giving one’s body over to evil spirit control, the opposite of “asking Jesus to come into your heart” and allowing the Holy Spirit to take control of thoughts, values, motives and behavior. “Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain…Balaam…Core…” (Jude 1:11)
The following is taken from Jasher chapter 4:
- 1056 AM – Noah born – And the wife of Lamech conceived and bare him a son at that time, at the revolution of the year. And [his grandfather] Methuselah [son and heir of Enoch] called his name Noah…saying, This one shall comfort us in our works and miserable toil in the earth, which God had cursed. And the child grew up and was weaned, and he went in the ways of his [grand] father Methuselah, perfect [pure, not corrupted with evil] and upright [righteous] with God [like his great-grandfather Enoch].
- And all the sons of men departed from the ways of the Lord in those days as they multiplied upon the face of the earth with sons and daughters,
- and they taught one another their evil practices and they continued sinning against the Lord.
- And every man made unto himself a god [body for a spirit being to enable interaction with the four-dimension world],
- and they robbed and plundered every man his neighbor as well as his relative,
- and they corrupted the earth, [defined as]…took from the cattle of the earth, the beasts of the field, and the fowls of the air, and taught the mixture of animals of one species with the other [including angelic], in order therewith to provoke [pick fights with, rebel against] the Lord,
- and the earth was filled with violence [because of the deliberate breeding of this trait, such as the gigantic dinosaurs, see Jurassic Park for details].
- And their judges and rulers went to the daughters of men and took their wives by force from their husbands according to their choice.
This was to perpetuate, as with horse or dog breeding, the highly prized hyperdimensional traits carried by the hybrid women to the men’s offspring of these unions. Details in the relevant posts following.
The first recorded mention of this practice by human rulers is found among the oldest extent works of post-flood literature in the Epic of Gilgamesh. where King Gilgamesh, a post-flood hybrid, uses his authority to impose the right to have sex with every bride on her wedding day for both pleasure and the business of perpetuating the breeding of hybrid offspring.
The most ancient Greek historian Herodotus recording the practices of the early post-flood peoples reports that in Libya, “maidens about to be married are shown to the king, who deflowers the one who pleases him”. Worse yet, the neighbouring Nasamones let all wedding guests engage in an orgy with the bride.”
These practices are flashbacks to the pre-flood powerful cultures the godless people were trying to resurrect after the apocalypse of the Flood.
Much more detail of God’s judgment via the Flood than is provided in Moses’ account in Genesis comes from the apocryphal books of Jubilees, Jasher, which is referenced twice as a validating source in canon of scripture, and especially Enoch.
“And against the angels…He bade us to bind them in the depths of the earth, and behold they are bound in the midst of them, and are (kept) separate. And against their sons [the giants] went forth a command from before His face that they should be smitten with the sword, and be removed from under heaven.” (Jubilees 5)
This is consistent with the scriptural accounts that the giants encountered by the Hebrews in the promised land, having human bodies, had to be killed like humans.
Regarding the reliability of the book of Enoch,
Michael Knibb…studied all available manuscripts and sources, and it is clear that this book was well known and studied in many countries well before the time of Jesus. The earliest known surviving fragments and quotations in various languages show that this is the same book, and that the Ethiopians have preserved it well…the all too accurate prophecies are probably the reasons why it was ‘lost’ by the religions that used to regard it as holy.
The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the days of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed…“I saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come.
This is consistent with the heavenly visions of Isaiah and John.
“In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple…Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone…for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me…Also I heard the voice of the LORD, saying, Go, and tell this people…the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate” (Isaiah 6:1-12)
“a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard…said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter…And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne…the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done…Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand…I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.” (Revelation 4:1-2, 22:6-12)
“The Holy Great One will come forth from His dwelling, And the eternal God will tread upon the earth, even on Mount Sinai and will appear in the strength of His might from the heaven of heavens. And all shall be smitten with fear and the Watchers shall quake, and great fear and trembling shall seize them unto the ends of the earth. And the high mountains shall be shaken and the high hills shall be made low, and shall melt like wax before the flame. And the earth shall be wholly rent in sunder and all that is upon the earth shall perish, and there shall be a judgement upon all.”
This imagery is reflected in scripture.
“And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.” (Micah 1:3-4)
“And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones to execute judgement upon all, And to destroy all the ungodly: And to convict all flesh Of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”
This is quoted verbatim (allowing for translations) by Jude:
“And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves [through] sensual [means to evil spirits] having not the Spirit.” (Jude 1:14-19)
Notice that Jude assigns the same value to Enoch’s words as he does to the words of the apostles.
So I think there is value in learning what Enoch tells us. His account does not in any way contradict the Genesis summary while detailing
- what happened to the wicked angels and their hybrid offspring
- what are the origin of the unclean and evil spirits inhabiting human beings so endemic throughout the New Testament accounts,
- who are “the spirits in prison; Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing.”(I Peter 3:19-20)
So without further ado, Enoch’s account of the cause of the last Flood.
1 And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters. 2 And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: “Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and beget us children”…5 Then sware they all together and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it. And they were in all two hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon, and they called it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it.

6 And these are the names of their leaders: Samlazaz, their leader, Araklba, Rameel, Kokablel, Tamlel, Ramlel, Danel, Ezeqeel, Baraqijal, Asael, Armaros Batarel, Ananel, Zaqlel, Samsapeel, Satarel, Turel, Jomjael, Sariel…7 And all the others together with them took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they began to go in unto them and to defile [downgrade from hyper – to four-dimensional?] themselves with them…
9 And they became pregnant, and they bare great giants, whose height was three thousand ells: Who consumed all the acquisitions of men. And when men could no longer sustain them, the giants turned against them and devoured mankind. 10 And they began to sin against [hybridizing] birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and fish, and to devour one another’s flesh, and drink the blood…
11 And Azazel taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates, and made known to them the metals of the earth and the art of working them, and bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones, and all colouring tinctures. And there arose much godlessness, and they committed fornication, and they
were led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways.
- Semjaza taught enchantments and root−cuttings,
- Armaros the resolving of enchantments,
- Baraqijal taught astrology,
- Kokabel the constellations,
- Ezeqeel the knowledge of the clouds,
- Araqiel the signs of the earth,
- Shamsiel the signs of the sun, and
- Sariel the course of the moon.
And as men perished, they cried, and their cry went up to heaven.
Chapter 4
9 Then said the Most High, the Holy and Great One spake, and sent Uriel to the son of Lamech and said to him, “Go to Noah and tell him in my name ‘Hide thyself!’ and reveal to him the end that is approaching, that the whole earth will be destroyed, and a deluge is about to come upon the whole earth, and will destroy all that is on it. And now instruct him that he may escape and his seed may be preserved for all the generations of the world…“
11 And heal / cleanse with water the earth which the angels have corrupted, and proclaim the healing of the earth…
12 And to Gabriel said the Lord, “Proceed against the bastards and the reprobates, and against the children of fornication and destroy the children of the Watchers [class of angels sent to watch over / guard humanity] from amongst men. Send them one against the other that they may destroy each other in battle, for length of days shall they not have.
This is consistent with the sudden extinction of dinosaurs and other monsters through catastrophic events associated with the flood.
Great flood tales appear in many different Greek and Roman documents—Hesiod’s The Theogony (8th century BCE), Plato’s Timeaus (5th century BCE), Aristotle’s Meteorology (4th century BCE), Greek Old Testament or Septuagint (3rd century BCE), Pseudo-Apollodorus’s The Library (ca. 50 BCE), and many others. Some Second Temple Jewish and early Christian scholars were of the opinion that Noah, Deucalion, and the Mesopotamian Sisuthros or Utnapishtim were the same person, and the various versions were all of a single ancient flood.
Science describes the Ark occupants’ terrifying experience.
Interestingly, God instructed Noah to build the ark 30 cubits high. Regardless of the measure of a “cubit”, the fact of the ark being designed in advance of the flood at a height twice the depth of the water guaranteed its ability to float.
As workmen construct a ship, designers must take into account its draught, which is the measurement of how far into the water the ship will sink when it is fully loaded. Were you to confer with shipbuilding guides, you would discover that the draught for large barge-type vessels generally is approximately one-half of their height. Since the ark was 30 cubits high, it…therefore would need 15 cubits of water above the highest mountains in order for its bottom not to scrape against those mountaintops. Interestingly, God not only designed the perfect vessel for the trip, but also sent the correct amount of water to prevent that vessel from smashing into the top of a submerged mountain peak.
Kingdom Come
