212) Tracking The Northern King Of The Empire

While contemporary society thinks in terms of the West – US and Europe vs the East – Middle and Far, in Biblical times the geopolitics were arranged north and south of the Mediterranean.

At the time of Christ’s first coming the King of the North was the Roman Caesar.

The Caesarian dynasty rose to power by its founder’s victories against tribes of Gauls from what became known as Europe. Think of this as the equivalent of the French and Indian War which groomed George Washington  into becoming Father of His Country.

Gaius Julius Caesar must be understood by Latin name convention as

  1. first/personal name Gaius – as insignificant to his public identity as “Donald” is to “President Trump”,
  2. of the more significant clan / tribe / surname Caesar, a branch equivalent to Jesus as a branch of King David’s founding father Jesse of the tribe of Judah.
  3. of the most significant heritage via the total number of people /gens {genetics, generations} of Julus, equivalent to Jesus of the ethnic nation of Jacob / Israel.

We can work even further backwards in time on Julus’ genealogy, exactly as on Jesus’.

Caesar’s claim to divine connections was demonstrated by:

  • putting his image on Roman coinage – the first for a living Roman,
  • having his statues erected in public temples as the High Priest / Vicar / Representative in the flesh of the national god,
  • Renaming his birth month, originally Quintilis / Fifth (month in ancient Roman calendar} after his divine lineage with the fertility goddess through his ancestor Julus, equating him with the gods Janus / January, Mars / March, Aphrodite / April, Maia / May. 

Moves to legally declare him in actually a sacral king in the full ancient sense of incorporating the divine spirit were only pre-empted by his assassination in 44 BC.

Julius Caesar’s will announced that his great-nephew of the family Octavius was his formally adopted heir, which is to say “only begotten son” (see post 34). Accordingly, his heir’s

  1. gens – key lineage from ancient ancestor – was legally changed from Octavius to Julius
  2. and his clan – one of the many families descended from the more ancient ancestor – name to Caesar.

His heir’s “new name” / identity was by this means made identical to that of his adoptive father. in effect extending the life, power and authority of the original father. As in “I and the father are one.” (John 10:30)

213) How The British Lost The Empire

More than anything else [Hitler] dreamed of an alliance with Saxon England.

A nation, he believed, that was made up of and run by people of “excellent Germanic stock”… Hitler proclaimed that, “the English nation will have to be considered the most valuable ally in the world”. He added, “England was a natural ally for Germany and an enemy of France”, plus the latter’s communist friends in Russia, no doubt…he asserted that the English are, “our brothers, why fight our brothers?”.

Then Lloyd George came out with a quite remarkable comment. Although everyone was aware of Hitler’s antisemitism from his autobiography and in the 1930’s the Nazis’ treatment of the Jews…the ex-British premier reminded his audience that, “we must not forget the pogroms in Russia and in other European countries”. It was as if he was saying that maltreatment of the Jews happens, and has happened in communist Russia, so why attack Germany for doing the same?

Tacit British support for Germany continued under the veil of appeasement. During the Spanish Civil War…Britain wanted Franco and his fascists to take control of Spain rather than see it fall into the hands of…communists who would be controlled by Moscow…

So after looking at how friendly the British and German governments were in the 1930’s, why was there no Anglo-Nazi Pact?

214) How The Nazis Won The War

If you look at history as an investigative journalist instead of an unquestioning patriot, you’ll see that America has always shared Nazi Germany’s elitist and eugenics war agenda.

In the mid 1840’s the term “Manifest Destiny” took many a man up to calling for an unmistakable drive for American expansionism…Manifest Destiny retains its roots deep in Puritan John Winthrop’s belief and challenge to the Massachusetts Bay Colony during the 17th century…“For we must consider that we shall be as a city set upon a hill. The eyes of all people are upon us.” (Winthrop 1630)

The charge to demonstrate Christian virtue and morality to all people can be closely linked to O’ Sullivan’s commentary on expansion as a way to achieve Winthrop’s goal. In his 1839 editorial in the Democratic Review, he states the following.

The far-reaching, the boundless future will be the era of American greatness. In its magnificent domain of space and time, the nation of many nations is destined to manifest to mankind the excellence of divine principles; to establish on earth the noblest temple ever dedicated to the worship of the Most High — the Sacred and the True….governed by God’s natural and moral law of equality, the law of brotherhood — of ‘peace and goodwill amongst men.  (O’Sullivan 1845)…

What soon followed was the mass movement of hundreds of thousands of land-hungry white settlers across Native American lands. In 1862, President Abraham Lincoln signed into effect the Homestead Act, which gave 160 acres west of the Mississippi, to any man who was willing to farm it…

In most of the fighting that occurred during the period of the Indian Wars, more often than not, the Indians were simply protecting their lands.

SECTION XXXV: America In Prophecy

Popular Belief #1: America is not mentioned in the prophecies because the Rapture will have taken place…hundreds of millions of Christians will have vanished – causing enormous consternation among those who remain…

Unpopular Belief #2:

perhaps the United States may not be mentioned in Scripture because it might be devastated by a nuclear war…“The possibilities of it have never been greater,” says Laurie…

“I personally believe that the reason the U.S. is not mentioned in end time prophecy,” says Reagan, “is because we will suddenly cease to be a world power and will therefore play no significant role in end time events.”

“The destruction of American power is most likely to occur in two stages,” writes Reagan. “The first could be an economic catastrophe that will result from our out-of-control debt situation. Our god is the dollar and the Lord is going to destroy that god when the weight of our debt collapses our economy.” In such a scenario, writes Graff, “America will have suffered a financial collapse by the time of the last days, and would still exist, but not be a superpower. That is exactly what many political and financial analysts are saying about our current course. The United States will not be gone in the last days. We will just not be worth mentioning.”

The above speculations and personal opinions are discredited by

  • ignoring the intrinsic fluidity of an empire’s geography since expansion is definitive of empire,
  • ignoring that the other modern nations are not mentioned by name either,
  • contradictorily attributing modern European nations’ historical roots to their current identities while not attributing America’s European historical roots to her current identity,
  • treating the Atlantic Ocean as a barrier between segments of an empire when it never was for classical Rome, Spain, or England’s empires.

Instead of being omitted from Bible prophecy as many of the major eschatology scholars have taught for decades, what if America were at the very center of Bible prophecy?

215) America’s Notorious Spiritual Heritage

The spiritual heritage of the United States of America is notorious. Most of the most important American government leaders, institutions, monuments, buildings, and landmarks both openly acknowledge and incorporate religious words, symbols, and imagery into official venues. Such acknowledgments are even more frequent at the state and local level than at the Federal level, where thousands of such acknowledgments exist.

The Puritans in England’s colonial New England communities covenanted their citizens to realize the spirit as well as the letter of the law in their daily activities. There was an emphasis on self-control as a part of self-rule, the primacy of commitments based in consent, giving meaning to ideas such as justice and liberty.

But the early 17th century, the Renaissance movement had paved the way to the Age of Enlightenment questioning traditional authority and embraced the notion that humanity could be improved through rational change. The American and French Revolutions were directly inspired by Enlightenment ideals.

The Declaration of Independence (1776) follows the covenant form and, when linked to the frame of government supplied by either the Articles of Confederation (1781) or the U.S. Constitution (1787), established a national compact.

But! The Founding Fathers did not enter into a covenant with the God of the Bible. They founded a Republic modeled on Roman, Greek and Egyptian heritage spectacular demonstrated in the Greek and Roman influences on Washington, D.C. Architecture and absorption of conquered gods and practices.

Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Madison, Monroe and many other of the Founding Fathers were Deists – a philosophical belief in human reason as a reliable means of solving social and political problems. Deists believe in a supreme being who created the universe to operate solely by natural laws—and after creation, is absent from the world. This belief in reason over dogma helped guide the founders toward a system of government that respected faiths like Christianity, while purposely isolating both from encroaching on one another so as not to dilute the overall purpose and objectives of either…

216) The Revived Roman Republic

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands.”

We need to recognize that the United States of America comes closest to the pedestal of the 3rd Rome, with its cultural, political, historical, geopolitical aspects.

Enlightenment ideals that had informed France’s Republic strongly influenced the drafting of the Constitution, but the key influence came from classical antiquity, from the establishment of the Twelve Tables circa 450 B.C.E. to the fall of the Republic under Caesar by 46 B.C.E.

In their book A Classy Constitution: Classical Influences on the United States Constitution from Ancient Greek and Roman History, and Political Constitution from Ancient Greek and Roman History and Political Thought by Shamir Brice and John Carroll,published by Yale University Press, a distinguished historian and a political economist unravel the “uncanny parallels” between ancient Rome and the modern West. 

All of the founding fathers were well educated people and the classical education was almost fully based on the Roman and Greek studies.  Their heroes were the Roman republicans and defenders of liberty. All of the Founders’ Roman heroes lived at a time when the Roman republic was being threatened by power-hungry demagogues, bloodthirsty dictators and shadowy conspirators. The Founders’ principal Roman heroes were Roman statesmen: Cato the Younger, Brutus, Cassius and Cicero — all of whom sacrificed their lives in unsuccessful endeavors to save the republic․

The Founders’ and Framers’ noms de plume were Roman…They were consciously identified with Roman models of republican virtue. So:

  • George Washington: others were calling him American Cincinnatus. While he preferred to call himself Cato the Younger,
  • John Adams was called Cicero, the greatest attorney of the ancient world,
  • Besides their differences with Adams, Thomas Jefferson was called Cicero too,
  • James Madison was known as Publius (Valerius Publicola),
  • Alexander Hamilton was most surprisingly identified with Caesar.
  • John Jay, the first Chief Justice of the United States, was identified with Publius (Cornelius Tacitus).

The political vocabulary they used — republic, virtue, president, capitol, constitution, Senate — had Latin etymology. The legislative processes they utilized — veto, sine die — were Latin.

The Founders used classical rhetoric to foment the American Revolution…to portray the British Empire as dictatorial…From the 1760s until the Revolution, Americans would characterize the British as “the Rome of the corrupt tyranny of the most hated Caesars” in a process of Nerofication of the British Empire.

The Ciceronian school of political thought has been studied for two millennia and found its culmination in the American Constitution…There can be no doubt that Cicero’s republican ideology found its way into the American Constitution and that the liberties people enjoy today have their roots not in an inspired gathering of the Founding Fathers, but in a more ancient time, in the Republic of Rome…Cicero gave Adams the idea of “a mixed constitution of three branches” each restrained by a delicate equilibrium of checks and balances.

  • Executive Branch: In times of peace, the executive branch of the ancient Rome comprised two consuls, elected by Roman landowners for 1 year terms. At all times, the executive branch also contained various bureaucrats who were in charge of arranging festivals and conducting censuses. The same system was used in The USA, President, & Vice President similar to the two consuls and the government similar to bureaucrats.
  • Legislative: The most influential members of the legislature in Rome were those in the Senate. This large body of elected land owners decided how state money was spent and what projects were viable for state funding. The Senate also took control of foreign policy in particular, the many wars Rome was engaged in as it expanded its territory. In this case similarities are more than obvious, the modern US Senate generally speaking has the same role and rights as the ancient Roman, even the name of this institution was not changed. By the way, today very often Senators are nominated and elected as presidents just like it was with the counsels in Rome.
  • Judicial: The judicial branch of ancient Rome was very similar to the modern US courts…particularly the Supreme Court of modern-day America. Six judges were elected on an annual basis to administer the law of the land to those who broke it…the Roman judiciary could actively create sentences and punishments instead of merely following the past precedent or the sentencing law handed down from the legislative and executive branches, however the right of the constitutional court to interpret the constitution and the laws is somehow the transformed form of the creational jurisprudence of Rome.The citizenship and professional armies are another remarkable similarity. The Citizenship of Rome was the prototype for the “New” idea of equal and free citizens in the US. The citizens in both places have rights that are differentiating them from the rest of the world in the eyes of the state. And last but not least, the first model of the professional army much before it was created in the US was the Roman Legion.

The educational system of the new nation was based on classical texts like Ovid’s De Tristibus and Metamorphoses and Cicero’s Orations – beginning in a grammar school student’s fourth year, continuing into the American colleges and universities established where one-third of the curriculum was devoted to the classics. 

There is a direct parallel between writing amendments to the Constitutions that strengthened, through centralization, the power of the existing Republican governments in both Rome and Washington during

  • the Roman Conflict of the Orders resulting from the wealthy Roman aristocratic landowners claiming the right to enslave indebted plebeians
  • and the American Civil War resulting from the wealthy plantation owners claiming the right to own slaves.

Jefferson…noted… “I am immersed in antiquities from morning to night. For me the city of Rome is actually existing in all the splendor of its empire as the property that became the capitol of the United States was originally called Rome, with the express intention of establishing Rome’s legacy in the New World.

  • The most obvious example of this lies in the Supreme Court building, designed as a Roman temple. The staircase, raised podium and the columns would not be out of place in the Roman Republic, with the Capitol, White House, and Thomas Jefferson’s memorial also based on Roman Architecture.
  • All of the white marble on the Supreme Court and throughout Washington, D.C. deliberately mimics the architectural splendor of ancient Rome.
  • The Founders’ sculpture and painting were also inspired by Roman precedents. It is not unusual to see them adorned in a toga.
  • The Roman Eagle was included in the great seal of the USA.
  • Capitol Hill alludes to one of the Seven Hills of Rome.

The United States is the first state to be fully led by laws since Rome, and the first state to be fully governed by elected authorities. The idea of a civilized society where no one is higher than law, where all interpersonal relations can be regulated by law where the state was not affiliated with certain people but rather with a system (together with above mentioned) is the Third Rome.

The Pax romana or the Roman peace was the eventual product of the international relations in antiquity, and one of the key factors for the followers to dream about. The role of Rome as the Global Dominant in the international relations forced all the political issues to be solved under the auspice of the Republic.

This was transformed into what many scientists call Pax Americana or American peace, when in fact the federal government grew enormously in power and prestige, particularly the office of the President. through assertion of the “war powers” of the President used (abused) consistently to spread American “democracy”.

“Imperialism” is an accurate description of the trajectory of US history.

The 1803 Louisiana Purchase from France – in reality a political pay-off to stop the Appalachian French and Indian War from expanding west – effectively doubled its territory from the Gulf of Mexico north into parts of the Canadian provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan, west to the Rocky Mountains for unrestricted holocaust of the native peoples who lived there. President Trump’s self-enriching land grab in Gaza Strip 2023-2026 is simply a replay of the past.

In 1819, Florida was acquired from Spain and, in 1845-46, Texas and part of California were forcibly annexed from Mexico. All lethal acquisitions accorded with what became known as the country’s manifest—that is, clear and obvious—destiny to control first the entire continent, continuing with Trump’s demand to annex Canada and Greenland.

Moving on world-wide, the U.S. went on to gobble up the Philippines, Hawaii, the Panama Canal Zone, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the Mariana Islands, the last five of which remain US territories to this day.

US economic, military, and political influence has long extended far beyond those internationally recognized possessions and various presidents have enunciated a series of “doctrines” to legitimate such an imperial reach. In 1823 the Monroe Doctrine warned the nations of Europe that the United States would not permit the establishment of any new colonies in the Western Hemisphere.

In 1904 Theodore Roosevelt established America’s right to exercise international police power to justify US occupations of Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Nicaragua. In 2026 under the pretext of a police action against drug smuggling, President Trump kidnapped Venezuela’s President and his wife, incarcerated them without trial in the U.S., with the stated objective of assuming control of Venezuela for its lucrative oil industry.

In 1947 Harry S. Truman’ Doctrine required the “containment” of existing Communist states and the prevention of the further spread of Communism anywhere on Earth, justifying Washington’s support for dictators and repressive regimes from El Salvador to Indonesia, US-backed coups in Iran, Guatemala, and Chile, and leading this country into a futile war in Korea and a disastrous defeat in Vietnam.

From a biblical perspective we can identify any ruler of Daniel’s Fourth – the Roman -Empire by his role at Jerusalem as a foreign overlord on whose military alliance the current ruler of Israel depends for power, overriding YHVH’s authority as ruler and peacemaker.Judaea, now part of modern day Israel, had been a Roman ally since the second century BC, given special privileges as a province in 6 AD. 

The United States was the first country to recognize Israel as an independent state on May 14, 1948, when President Harry Truman issued a statement of recognition following Israel’s proclamation of independence on the same date. 

Since then, Israel has become, and remains, America’s most reliable partner in the Middle East. Israel and the United States are bound closely by historic and cultural ties as well as by mutual interests.

The U.S.-Israel bilateral relationship is anchored by over $3 billion in Foreign Military Financing annually, by far the largest to any nation. In addition to financial support, the U.S. participates in a high level of exchanges with Israel, to include joint military exercises, military research, and weapons development. 

The U.S. is Israel’s largest single trading partner. The U.S. and Israel also coordinate scientific and cultural exchanges through the Binational Science Foundation, the Binational Agricultural Research and Development Foundation, and the U.S.-Israeli Education Foundation.

The similarities between pagan idols and monuments to our national leaders cannot be coincidental. Do you really think Satan is just sitting out history on the sidelines? Wouldn’t we expect him to be wherever the greatest power is concentrated?

The timing and association of these images of Zeus is no accident of history.

219) Name It And Claim It Doesn’t Work

Dr. David Jeremiah, megachurch pastor, bestselling author and popular Bible teacher, speaks for the Religious Right when he states that believes the End Times, in the sense of Bible prophecy, started for us in 1948, because many of the prophecies in the New Testament especially, could not be fulfilled until Israel was at home in her nation.

Let’s review the biblical prophecy about when and how the Israel of God comes home to her nation.

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that 

  • the LORD shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left…and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth…

Lest anyone think the reference to “the LORD” can be interpreted to mean working through human agency the prophecy includes a specifically miraculous event requiring a Prophet like Moses. 

  • And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river…and make men go over dryshod. And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left…like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

None of that has happened. Instead, there has been a political movement which is unquestionably, how shall I put this? Anti Christ.

How can followers of the Christ see this scenario as evidence of God’s work??

God does not manipulate humanity into accomplishing his will! That’s what Satan does!

220) Great Awakenings Actually Spirits Of Slumber

“God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears tht they should not hear;) unto this day.” (Romans 11:8)

Dissing the Great Awakening revivals is certainly trodding on Christian Fundamentalists’ holy ground. But how many American preachers recognize that they inflame war exactly like fundamentalist jihadist Imams?

To understand what is taking place today, we need to understand the nature of the recurring political-religious cycles called “Great Awakenings.”

Each lasted about 100 years and consist of three phases, each about a generation long.

  1. Technological advances outpace the existing ethical capacity to cope.
  2. Religious revival brings changes in church beliefs and practice.
  3. Political reform is effected by a coalition of church and state through shared commitment to improve society.
  4. With essential mass support through churches’ endorsement, the state expands though war.

Exactly like jihadist Imams.
