SECTION XIV: The First Anti-Christ

I suspect that the television series Better Call Saul is so popular because it brings to our attention a deeply troubling reality every viewer senses in his or her own life experience. The characters’ forethought of action in response to crises doesn’t so much reveal their inner character as shape their character development, and therefore destiny. “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:” (Provers 23:7)

The show does this so effectively because it tells the story from the perspective of the characters. As they face crossroad after crossroad of decisions, they are funneled into a destination that is unquestionably the result of their choices.

Like Cain.

You know that Adam and Eve told Cain endless stories of the fabulous way of life in Eden, no struggles, no pain, no death, and how the LORD had promised to restore it through the Promised Seed of the Woman. A key point that should not be overlooked here is that when God told Adam to have dominion, “the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress / groom it and to keep / guard it.” (Genesis 1:27-28. 2:15)

And, honestly, Cain lived up to that way of life in recreating the Edenic vegan world.

From Genesis 4:

“Cain was a tiller of the ground…And in process of time…brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.”

The problem here is that Cain did not submit himself to YHVH’s terms of maintaining a life-sustaining relationship with him, personally demonstrated to the Adams, and restated later – not first – through Melchizedek Moses to YHVH’s nation of Melchizedeks.

“This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded, saying…” the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls” (Leviticus 17:1,11)

Meanwhile, back at the ranch,

“And [Cain’s brother] Abel was a keeper of sheep. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering [reported in other instances as fire from heaven].

“But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect.”

So Cain lashed out, not so much against Abel for upstaging him, but mainly against God for putting him in his place. “Oh you want blood, do you? I’ll give you blood!”

Surely we recognize the Luciferian attitude in Cain’s personal pride at his accomplishments and outrage at God’s rejection of his self-evaluation.

“And the LORD said unto Cain…now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand; When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; [so instead of a settled farmer at Eden] a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.”

And once again, Cain lashes out in a classic narcissistic reaction. A primary pathology of the narcissistic personality is delusional grandiosity, most obviously displayed as arrogant entitlement, but also as exaggerated victimhood to control others and sidestep accountability. The most pernicious aspect is victim blaming.

“And Cain talked with Abel his brother [started an argument] : and… rose up [after “couching” as a predatory beast] against Abel his brother, and slew him.”

Ancient names were given as a memorial to persons’ notable characteristics happening throughout a lifetime. “Cain” means “Spear”. Cain did not commit second degree murder grabbing a handy rock in the heat of anger. This was first degree premediated murder.

“And the LORD said unto Cain…What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground.”

This should not be treated as poetic expression. Science has discover that the events of our lives are encoded as epi-genetics on our DNA carried in our blood. “The voice” is the communication of this data to God through energy Intelligence far beyond AI.

“And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand; When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.”

God did not curse the ground – Cain himself did so with the blood he spilled in a biosphere far more tightly bound together and interactive than the corrupted world we currently know.

“And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear.”

More of Cain’s psychodrama. It is important to recognize the difference between:

  • Punishment is judgment, imposed by a social law and is generally not under our control.
  • Consequence is the inevitable effect of our own actions, and any future consequences are under our control, like carelessness, gluttony, or heedlessness in dangerous circumstances.
  • Chastening is tribulation brought by the parent in hopes of the chastened one choosing to repent – rethink the pros and cons –  and change the behaviors that cause us harm. When my daughter was a toddler her favorite activity was withdrawn when she misbehaved, which was essentially – although unwittingly – self-harming. This was the opportunity for her to consider her options and choose the best decision herself in future without my direct supervision. “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.” (Hebrews 12:6)
Cain knew that.
Everyone at that time knew the facts of the Creator and Sustainer YHVH and his promise of personal regeneration. At baseline, there was the personal testimony of Adam and Eve passed down to their offspring for almost a thousand years, with the guarantee of restoration to a relationship with the Almighty in this life through repentance and substitutionary atonement.
In what language? Despite unearthing a wealth of documents, archeologists have found no other written language before the pictographic tablets from Ubaid’s Late Uruk and Jemdet Nasr periods (3200–3000 BC). This developed complexity over time into what became Sumerian cuneiform writing, deemed a language isolate, i.e. without any precedent language. Does this even make sense, given the hundreds of thousands of years assigned to the evolution of mankind?
As any investigator in any field can attest, the lack of evidence does not prove the lack of behavior, and the critical thinker turns to deductive reasoning. Applicable to this case is the approach the quintessential sleuth Sherlock Holmes took by referring to “the curious incident of the dog who did nothing in the night-time”. Sometimes the lack of an expected finding can be as important a clue as a solid finding.
Hebrew is unequivocably documented as being used by YHVH to communicate with humanity over the ages, leading to the inescapable biblical conclusion that it must have been the original language spoken and passed down in writing by humanity.

The Adversary’s classic fight against truth is to create an enigma understood only by the elite rulers. A prime historical example of this practice is the Roman Catholic Mass being celebrated in Latin, the language of scholarship and as much a mystery as the sacraments being endowed to the celebrants, from the earliest time of the Roman Catholic Church for over a thousand years until a popular revolt in the 1960s favored the recitations in local languages.

Initially a pictorial code, the Ubaid written system increased in complexity by changing to phonograms representing sounds, building words. Humanists hail this as the greatest of the many cultural contributions received from the Ubaid civilization and expanded by the Sumerian into cuneiform writing.

Interestingly, one of the oldest Sumerian tablets documents the biblical Cain as the successor to the original Adam – the god-indwelt human granted dominion over the world, i.e. the next in the order of Melchizedek.

  • Columns i-ii date the recorded significant event as being so early in human history that there is not yet the opportunity to apply the common practice of associating the time with the reign of a national king, only Creation as a marker – “verily existed” and “created”. This also allows us to identify person, place and things.
  • Column i line 11 identifies the main character – Ish-kur, who became the storm god in the Sumerian pantheon.
  • Column ii lines 10-16 confirms Cain’s identification with Adam by detailing
    • sul-sul  (doubling up to emphasize the characteristic, like saying “very, very ___”), a man’s man
    • mah-mah / great-great (again expressing exceptionalism) ne / na (no vowels in Sumerian or Hebrew) / measured or assessed to be
    • nam-en of En-lil / assessed to be the lord [of] Lord Spirit / Adam (i.e. his designated successor, heir)
      • and ribbah nin / [and] lady of the plant /tree, clearly the wife of Adam, Eve notorious for eating the fruit of the tree and triggering Paradise Lost, i.e. Seed of the Woman, granted dominion by
      • An / Sky God / Creator ___________ with whatever actions ascribed to him lost to us.
  • Column iii lines 2-12 confirm the biblical account that Cain lost his ability to live by agriculture, so forced to wander endlessly as a hunter-gatherer or at best a herdsman. in the kur-ra, hostile territory. “And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.” (Genesis 4:16)
  • Column iv lines 1-3 the passage of time with deaths of children whose bodiless souls are imprisoned in the ultimate underworld version of kur.
  • Column iv line 4 – column v have no supporting accounts in holy scripture as it describes Adam entering into a transactional relationship with the Anuna / Anunnaki / Those from heaven to earth came / fallen angels / modern aliens in order to rescue his son from the kur / underworld / afterlife – clearly the primary function of the Priest-King / Melchizedek.

And by making himself the mediator between God and man on his terms, Cain demonstrates his continuing rejection of YHVH’s authorized human representative modeled by his brother Abel.

“Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.”

Clearly, Cain’s attitude is not reflecting YHVH’s authority, but mirroring Abel’s. In chemistry, two molecules that are mirror images of each other but, being multi-dimensional object like right and left hands are not identical to each other so react to substances differently, are called en-anti-omers.

Cain has just made himself the Anti-of Abel, righteous son / heir of Adam chosen to have dominion over the world, the Anti-“Christ, the Son of the living God…a devil.”

“And the LORD said unto him [with, I can imagine, rolling his eyes and enunciating clearly to indicate “we’re done here.”] Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.”

The mark of Cain has been cause for speculation, but we are told that it protected him. God also put a mark of protection on men many years later.

“And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations…And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite [those without a mark].” (Ezekiel 9:3-6)

It should come as no surprise that other Anti-christs mimics this strategy, promising protection to those who take his mark.

“A beast / unknown species…causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark,” (Revelation 13:15-18)
