Some Bible teachers interpret “sons of God” as “righteous sons of Adam”, but in addition to demonstrating their ignorance that ignores the biblical interpretation of “sons of God” as hyperdimensional beings created before humans.
“Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?…When…all the sons of God shouted for joy?…Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them…Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them…(Job 38:4, 1:6, 2:1)
Hyperdimensional beings are greater in power and might than mortal humans because, per their definition as sons of God, they are made in the likeness of the Singularity: e=mc2. Their attribute as “angel / physical apparition is based on this ability to convert some of their invisible energy into mass visible to humans, and use their c2 / force to manipulate matter, project audible sound, etc. As sons, however, they are not infinite beings, and must continually replenish energy expenditure by eating manna, the food God prepared for them.
“I [John] beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne…and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand [100 million], and thousands of thousands [more millions, possibly billions]” (Revelation 5:11)
Sounds like a lot of angels, but compare to the number of humans ever born which is probably around 80 billion…almost half have been born since the year 1 AD – based on secular calculations, not biblical standards of the thousand-year lengths of life in the two thousand years preceding the flood – and almost one in ten (7.8 billion) is still alive. The number of humans that would be alive on earth today if the world lived in peace is estimated to be about 40 billion people, the maximum the earth could support with applied technology. And many more will be born during a millennium of peace when humans are once again living pre-flood lifespans.
Because they are “spiritual, living the eternal life, and immortal for all generations of the world” marriage to each other for the propagation of generations of angels was not granted to them. (Enoch 15:6). They can only reproduce by cloning off some of themselves to make more of the same, while losing some of themselves in the process, and must replace what was lost from other beings.
This human advantage is due to the power of metabolism carried only in the mitochondria of the maternal egg which generates energy through metabolism of biological life forms in every cell of the body for growth, development and function.
So the angels which fell from grace incorporated (in every sense) these features in their Natality Strategy in their war against humanity. They used their ability to convert energy to mass to materialize sperm cell(s) with materialized genes encoding their angelic traits which could use human reproduction processes and mitochondrial metabolism to
- provide exponential duplication of cells for exceptional size and power
- from just a minimal amount of the fallen angel’s spirit input paired with the human mitochondria
- via the materialized sperm cell with materialized genes encoding the angelic traits.
“the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair / tobot / highly valuable in contrast to worthless, worth making their own and they took them wives of all which they chose…and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.” (Genesis 6:1-4)
Another tremendous advantage humanity holds over angels is that every one of us are born as a new creation, not a clone. Significantly! this is accomplished via regeneration through death of half of each of two complete-genetic codes in sexual cells into halved-genetics sperm and egg seeds. The union of these two seeds into a complete genetic code sparks life and the procreation of an entirely new individual with a genetic code different from the parents with the potential to be the great leader need during the time they lived and using their unique attributes to become influential despite their circumstances.
The idea of a hero inspiring a mass movement to save entire people groups seems to be inherent in the human psyche. Whenever one hero fails to bring about a new world order, another is born, different in some unique ways to continue the battle. The Star Wars series not only runs on this theme but also incorporates the concept of natality. (Spoiler alert!).
- Episode I – III: Anakin Skywalker is believed to be the Chosen One who would bring balance to the force, therefore peace and prosperity to the galaxy. However, like Cain, he is seduced by the dark side, transforms into Darth Vader and plunges the galaxy into an era of death and destruction under the control of the evil Empire.
- Rogue One: Jyn Erso, like Abram under Nimrod, risks her life to free mankind from enslavement to the evil Empire.
- Episode IV – VI: Luke Skywalker leads the rebellion that ends the evil Empire’s tyrannical rule, and through love leads his father war lord of the opposition back to the Force of light and life. Luke would be the parallel to Jesus Christ, with the Apostle Paul representing Darth Vader.
- The Force Awakens – The Last Jedi: Rey brings new hope to a galaxy once again on the brink of war. This parallels Christ’s Second Coming.
“Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” (Jude 1:14-15, Enoch 1:9)
Both Jude and Enoch detail the ungodly deeds of this particular group of unrighteous angels who are destined for a particular judgement.
“mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, having not “the” Spirit [instead, “a” possessing spirit, called a spirit guide in our day.” (Jude 17-20)
“the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted…and said to one another: ‘Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and beget us children…Then the Lord said to me: Enoch, scribe of righteousness, go tell the Watchers of heaven, who…have done as the sons of men do, by taking to themselves wives, and who have been greatly corrupted [degenerated from 10 to 4 dimensions] on the earth;” (Enoch 7:1-2, 12:5-6)
And go say to the Watcher of Heaven…you were spiritual, Holy, living an eternal life, but you became unclean upon the women…and produced flesh and blood, as they do, who die and are destroyed. (Enoch 15:2-4)
It is commonly taught that wives and the pleasures of sexual intercourse were not “given” in the sense of a moral law which the angels broke. If we understand what goes on in sexual reproduction we will correctly understand that it was a nature law that the angels sidestepped. They downgraded from their natural hyper-dimensional state to the four dimensions of humanity for the specific purpose of sexual intercourse with women.
This is unequivocally laid out by Jude.
“And the angels which
-
- kept not their first estate / dominion or sphere of activity in the spirit dimension,
- but left their own habitation [of the self / soul] / spirit hyperdimensional body to inhabit a materialized, physical body to interface with human women and provide material sperm to join with the female’s egg
- he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. (Jude 6)
Note: this information is given to us in prose, NOT poetry, so the poetic style of repeating the same thought with different words is not being used here. “Habitation” is not equivalent to “estate”. Note how this is defined for us internally by the corresponding use of this Greek word in 2 Corinthians 5:2 defining “spiritual body”.
Jude’s verbatim quoting from the Book of Enoch provides evidence that this document was accepted as authoritative in Jesus’ day. Jesus himself referenced Enoch in his debate with a group of hecklers,
“And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures [inspired holy writings], neither the power [residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person or thing exerts and puts forth from inside] of God? For when they shall rise from the dead [with new spiritual bodies], they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.” (Mark 12:13-25)
When Jesus defined the angels as those “which are in heaven”, he was implicitly contrasting them with “the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation”. What previous scripture reports this? Only the writings of Enoch.
“for this reason I give men wives; so that they might sow seed in them, and so that children might be born by them, so that deeds might be done on the Earth. But you, formerly, were spiritual, living an eternal, immortal life, for all the generations of the world. For this reason I did not arrange wives for you; because the dwelling of the spiritual ones is in Heaven.” (Enoch 15:5-7)
The apocrypha don’t have to be canonized to be accepted as historical and even doctrinal sources. We accept the writings of Herodotus, Josephus, Tertullian, Augustine, etc. as legitimate historical and even ecclesiastical records of earlier sources now lost to history. The key criteria in any teaching – spiritual, historical, scientific – should be that it sheds light on, without contradicting, scripture.
In fact the book of Enoch, along with the other apocryphal works, was included in every early translation of Holy Scripture including the original 1611 Authorized King James Bible. Only afterwards were these books eliminated from the current canon of the Protestant Old Testament. What are these religious authorities hiding from us?
The answer is found in the opening words of Enoch.
