From a biblical perspective the fact of giants after the Flood is not in question.
“There were giants in the earth 1) in those days [before the flood]; 2) and also after that [the flood], when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.” (Genesis 6:4)
The only question debated is how these hybrid giants were produced after the flood, since the punishment was so severe as to prevent recurrence.
“the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” (Jude 6-7)
So what is another explanation for the production of giants after the flood?

Pituitary tumors that trigger excess production of growth hormone account for most modern cases of gigantism. However, these giants suffer from crippling bone ailments so aren’t mighty.

If steroidal hormone drugs were used, this would also account for the notoriously aggressive exploits as driven by ‘roid rage.
However, this does not account for increased height, is not hereditary, and the effects wear off as soon as the body builder stops exercising or using drugs.
Scientifically, there is no question that gigantism is a result of genetic activity either failing to check, or increasing, growth processes in response to naturally produced hormones and other metabolites increasing muscle and bone.
This medical insight supports the direct statement in the biblical account of giants after the flood that they were born to other giants (II Samuel 21:16-22)
- “there we saw the giants / nephilim, the sons of Anak,
- which come of the giants / nephilim.” (Numbers 13:31-33)
This provides unimpeachable evidence that the same fallen angel genes implanted into the human genome before the flood were carried through the flood to regenerate giants “also after that”.

For those who missed this lesson in high school, here is the condensed version of how this could happen.
1. There are about 20,000 genes in the human genome / total collection of genes. These are templates for proteins that, like Legos, are the building blocks of more complex structures such as organs and the arrangement of nerves which ultimately define the appearance (image) and behaviors (likeness) of a unique individual.
2. Genes always come is a set of two, even when we only need one gene for functionality. Variations of the same gene are called alleles, providing individual diversity within a common family group.
4. Many variation genes have a dominant (indicated by capital letter) and a recessive (indicated by lower case letter) gene with the recessive gene being overshadowed by the dominant gene. An individual must have a complete set of recessive genes for that trait to show.Please don’t get riled up about the following visual examples. They are just about the mix of genes from two parents, most easily observed in physical traits. I am not equating Africans with the bad guys, or sneaking in a denouncement of “miscegenation.” Jesus himself is Brown,
A century ago in the South the 1st generation child of a mixed race union was commonly known as mulatto, or 1/2 of the non-European race. This is the visual equivalent of a demi / half-god, a full hybrid giant result of an angel-human sexual union.

A child from the union of the mulatto with a European partner would again get 1/2 of his/her genes from each parent, which means only 1/4 non-European, showing less evidence of his/her non-European grandparent’s genetics.These 2nd generation, only 1/4 non-Europeans, were known as quadroon or high yellow. Their mainly European yet exotic looks made the women highly prized as consorts by wealthy European and American men and in brothels, and like the characteristic sex trades in San Francisco or Las Vegas today, were historically part of the draw of New Orleans.

The genes contributed by a minority racial contributor don’t necessarily get eliminated regardless of generations of input only by majority racial contributors, and can surprisingly surface in the descendants of the original great…grandparents, to everyone’s surprise and lots of gossip.
But only in a child whose parents both carried a copy of the same gene(s). in a process called atavism.
This can be seen in genes which are recessive, like light colored hair, skin and eyes.
In the example shown the twins are not identical (one fertilized egg splits in two), just conceived at the same time (two separate fertilized eggs), with a different collection of genes from each parent. In this case, both parents had light genes from their parents which were overshadowed by their dark genes so didn’t show in them, then in the natural shuffling of genes into sperm and egg cells like shuffling of cards to players, only one of their two children got lots of the light genes from each parent.
Now Noah was…perfect [fully human] in his generations…Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.” (Genesis 6:9-10)
Taking this record at face value, only Noah had no giant genes, not his wife. This is emphasized by “all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. Therefore, when it is reported that Noah begat three sons, all his children were subject to inheriting giant genes from his wife. This is consistent with God’s directive to take into the ark to maintain all life both “clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean.” (Genesis 7:8)
The following graphic accurately showing the distribution of hemophilia among Queen Victoria’s descendants is an example of tracking inherited bad genetics back to the source.
A shape that is only half colored indicates genes for a certain trait on only one of two chromosomes, which may be weakly expressed or not at all, especially if carried on the sex-linked X chromosomes.
In females’ XX chromosome pairing the trait is masked by the activity of the second X chromosome, but the tiny Y in males’ XY configuration doesn’t carry enough genes to provide this “covering”. (On the side, this does sound to me like another example of Adam paying the price for his wife’s sin when their original identical cloned genetic state was split into genetic male and female.)
In Queen Victoria’s famous case, a mutation of the gene controlling blood clotting factors occurred on a sex-linked X chromosome and was passed down to offspring in the eggs carrying that singlet X.
Any of the Queen’s female offspring who inherited the flawed chromosomes were “carriers” only, they did not have the disease due to having a corresponding X sex chromosome, but had a 50/50 chance of passing the disease down to each offspring male or female.
Any male offspring inheriting the flawed X chromosome from his mother’s egg expressed the disease due to having a corresponding Y sex chromosome instead of a covering X chromosome.
This scientific and historical example validates a conclusion of hidden genetic inheritance through the flood of gigantism in Noah’s lineage.
It is also highly suggestive that this was carried as a sex-linked trait – with no females in the earliest family members showing the trait, but males later in the lineage expressing the trait.
- “Now these are the generations…of Noah: yellow square= no giant genes, wife: blue circle carrying giant genes on one of her two sex-linked X chromosomes.
- Noah’s children inherited no bad blue seed from Noah, and had a 50/50 chance of inheriting the Bad Blue Seed flawed X from Mom.
- Shem = yellow square, inherited the healthy X in his egg from Mom
- Ham and
- Japheth = blue squares, inherited bad blue seed from Mom.
- All female offspring inherit either good X or flawed X from Mom but all get good X from Noah so may or not be carriers who may or not express gigantism to some degree, but are the only possible wives to the next generation to follow through on God’s commandment to “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth” to fulfill the Covenant of Dominion. (Genesis 9:1,9)

- In the hypothetical diagram above based on related evidence, unblemished Melchizedek Shem came through the flood married to a carrier of giant genes. This is consistent with the overarching theme of “as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life…as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by YHVH’s Anointed Savior our Lord / Melchizedek.” (Romans 5:18)
- from Ham: combining his bad seed X from his mother in his sperm INTENTIONALLY to a KNOWN CARRIER FEMALE WITH A BAD SEED X would increase the chances that all his offspring – inherit AND express giant traits – females with two X’s and males needing just the one X. This is supported by the number of giant nations produced by Ham’s offspring.

- Great-grandson from Cush: Nimrod, he began to be a mighty one“. This does not mean he “gradually developed into“. Using biblical exemplars to define this, “began” means “initiated” as well as “defiled”. “To be” is same phrase is used in Genesis 1 over and over to express “an emphatic change in condition”. In other words, the accumulation of giant genes over four generations has built to the point of strongly expressing the traits, as in “There were giants…mighty men.” (Genesis 6:2, 10:1-9)

But this was the maximum amount of giantism from this process of accumulating giant genes. From then on, the basic genetic process of shuffling and distributing genes like cards in a poker game led to more mismatches and losses than wins from the few available parents, and the statistical likelihood is that gigantism would eventually wash out.
Anthropological findings support this analysis.

Scientists have collected evidence for years that modern humans interbred with ridge-browed Neanderthals and Denisovans…extensively and regularly. But research has shown that at this time it is only a very small amount.
This raises two questions
- What percentage of non-homo sapiens genes does it take to define someone as a hybrid?
- Are such people doomed to perdition like the giants, excluded from the possibility of salvation?
To answer that question, we need to examine, not genes, but the spirit that is in a human.
“And the LORD God formed man…and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” (Genesis 2:7)
Adam’s life energy was transferred into the woman via cloning through living bone tissue.
“And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman…And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” (Genesis 2:22-23)
After the Adams lost their immortal state the life energy was then transferred into all of their human descendants through the mitochondria in the female egg cell.“And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.” (Genesis 3:20)
At death, the life energy / spirit returns to God.
“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.” (Ecclesiastes 12:7)
Therefore, the key identification as a human is one whose spirit came from God and returns to God.
This excludes the pre-flood hybrids “because from above they were created, from the [fallen] Holy Watchers was their origin…‘Spirits of the Evil Ones’ they will be called.”
In contrast, the post-flood giants who were genetically engineered through inbreeding among humans who only carried some giant genes to produce a breed rather than a separate species obtained their spirit / energy through the human female’s mitochondria – initially from YHVH, so can be “written in the book of life”, able to be saved from eternal death.
The proof of this conclusion is found during the heyday of post-flood gigantism with three Amorite giants.
“Abram the Hebrew…dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram. And it came to pass in the days of Amraphel / Nimrod king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar, Chedorlaomer king of Elam, and Tidal king of nations; That these made war. And…[Abram]…smote them [with]…Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre.” (Genesis 14)
“Abraham…the father of all them that believe…who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham.” (Romans 12:1-12)
