I am not an antiquities specialist, but I have education, training and experience in taking histories from psychiatric patients, most of whom because of their condition either don’t know, or won’t tell, the truth. Exactly like a police detective, I correlate their version with other historians to determine the truth. I have applied this investigative technique in correlating pagan with biblical accounts.
Using the online Sumerian glossary, the Sumerian Astrology Lexicon, an Australian glossary, and the larger University of Pennsylvania’s online glossary, as sources to translate Sumerian, I don’t claim to be 100% accurate, but neither are the archeologists who by their own admission call the SKL composed in the earliest rudimentary written cuneiform to be “complex and bewildering.” My analysis is suggested, not authoritative.
A few key considerations in translating Sumerian documents:
- The Sumerian number system is based on 360 / 12 astrological circular degrees and time-keeping, rather than 10’s, arriving at what seem implausibly long lengths of life.
- Cuneiform, like Hebrew, has no vowels. Vowels are added by Assyriologists (scholars of ancient Mesopotamian cultures) by what can only be guesswork, since the pronunciation of the language is not only long extinct, but varied between dialects and languages.
- Initially cuneiform only pictured monosyllabic nouns and verbs, this early written language reads like the Dick and Jane learning to read series, compounded to provide a detailed characterization, like Dick Sit Crown = Dick became king.
- Eventually the sound of the monosyllabic words became used as a syllables, changing the meaning of compounded symbols especially as different languages evolved from the most ancient. This contrasts sharply with the easily understood Hebrew language which has been consistently used since that same era. I have used the meanings for the relevant era under study.
- In sum, the context of the document has to be known to understand the meaning of individuals words, for which I have chosen its parallels in the Torah.
With that said, let’s tackle the SKL.
The Sumerian King List is without a doubt one of the most puzzling manuscripts ever discovered.
Only because humanists are determined to deny its evident correlation with the biblical book of Genesis.
Due to the existence of several inscriptions datable to that same time, most SKL scholars attribute a date of c. 2600 BCE to the pre-flood portion of the SKL, (i.e. just before Noah’s flood c. 2300 BC.), with the earliest eight god-kings ruling over Earth since the original kingship had ‘descended from heaven’ all the way to the time of the ‘Great Flood’.
The Sumerians acknowledge Adam as an immortal / god in other documents, while the SKL is a strictly humanist account beginning with the first strictly human ruler.
[Sometime] After the kingship descended from heaven, the kingship was in Eridu[g] meaning “Go out [and] impose or set in place [by] water [essential for settled habitation requiring agriculture]. Note the contrast with the wandering shepherd David who had to trust daily in his God to “lead” his flock daily to “waters”. (Psalm 23)
From a biblical perspective, this can only identify “Cain went out from the presence of the LORD…and he builded a city and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.” (Genesis 4:11-17)
Strong’s Concordance sheds no light whatsoever on this name, especially in the context of God’s imposed punishment on Cain to be a vagabond who, instead of engaging in the allowed livelihood of sheepherding as the alternative to farming, he “proved” he could defy God by settling down by founding a city.
If, however, “Enoch” as an English transliteration of the Hebrew “Chanowk / חֲנוֹךְ as a transliteration of a Sumerian word E-naŋ pronounced “E-nonk” meaning “To crush the house”, i.e. the only other house / same word means conceptually dynasty, then this totally makes sense, for both the unrighteous and righteous Enochs.
Cain’s record of behavior enables psychological diagnosis of narcissism, so it is unlikely that Cain voluntarily bestowed his city upon his son, much more likely that his adult son seized the city and forced Cain to acknowledge that it belonged to him. This consideration is not a contradiction to the sparce biblical account but is an example of God’s constant graciousness to sinners and is a rebuke to those of us who love to gossip about the consequences suffered by those we consider worse sinners than ourselves.
This consideration is supported by the SKL’s account that although each of Cain’s heirs lived for almost a thousand years, in marked contrast to the history of kings who rule a lifetime they only ruled for a short period of their lifespan, signifying a continuous state of wars of succession.
“Then began men to call upon the name of the LORD…so shall I be saved from mine enemies.” (Genesis 4:26, Psalm 18:3)
The list of the pre-flood rulers in the the SKL are:
- Al-ulim means #1, i.e. founder of a dynasty = Cain
- Al-al-gar found only once so meaning unknown, consistent with its early entry before the much writing was done. This would be Enunk / Enoch, who took his father’s throne when Cain was only ~300 years old. We can parallel this wicked son with Absalom and so many other kings who go in the way of Cain. He ruled in Bab-tibira – “Gate of your life” i.e. City of Refuge, defines a state of warfare such as “Jericho was straitly shut up because of [their attackers]… none went out, and none came in.” (Joshua 6:1)
- En–men–lu–Ana / “Lord crowned [of] the humans who die” the biblical Irad / Arad/ עִירָד in the same era in the days of Jared/ יֶרֶד. expanding on the account in Genesis when the fallen angels interbred with humans “who die” to create race of “immortal” demigods.
- En-men-gal-Ana / Lord crowned great [of the] dead [humans] / Mehujael / Smitten of God. This tag of “An(n)a / the dead”, without “lu / human” is essentially carried on in the rest of the SKL, indicating its massive importance. From the perspective of the biblical records of this time period, these “dead humans” can only correspond to humanists’ “The Walking Dead” or spiritualists’ “Zombies” – the hybridized humans.
- Du-mu-zi(d) / Transformed I was truly, i.e. the hybrid child of a human woman. This is confirmed by the Sumerians’ report that the post-flood demigod Gilgamesh joined Dumuzid in the underworld at his death – neither of them were pure spirit beings. His famed resurrection must be interpreted as his god-spirit’s ability to be reborn as the twin of himself through incest with a close hybrid relative. He was worshipped as a god of fertility in The Courtship of Dumuzi(d) and Inanna, which cannot identify this female as a pure spirit goddess who can’t bear children, only clone offspring. As detailed in relevant posts, the Queen of Heaven as is a hybrid woman who produces hybrid demigods. This myth is commemorating the beginning stage of production of hybrids by hybrids as the basis for the ritual of the “sacred marriage” – a public sexual encounter between the king and the goddess Inanna, still carried out by every Japanese Emperor at the beginning of his reign.

Since Lamech’s son Jabal is noted for leading a nomadic lifestyle, I would deduce that this is Lamech’s other son Jabal whose organization of the wind and string musical instruments used in worship of the gods required a settled condition.

8. Ubar–tu-tu / Two alien resident priests / teachers. As the last of Cain’s geneology, these are Tubalcain, famed for forging weapons “and the sister of Tubalcain was Naamah” (Genesis 4:22). Her inclusion in the account, without stating her contribution to the war effort, makes sense only in the context of rampant incest at this time to produce hybrid giants as the ultimate weapons of destruction.

This did not end Cain’s legacy of satanically controlled kings.
“And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man…until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all…

One hundred years ago an unqualified candidate won election as the leader of one of Europe’s greatest nations by overwhelming the general population with his false promises of salvation from their financial problems.
The lie of the devil is always that “someone else” is to blame whether the Jews in Nazi Germany or immigrants in 21st century America or your mother or society in general whose values don’t align with “I’m entitled to do what I want at others’ expense” through the mass of workers’ tax-payer funding for housing, food, child care, medical expenses, entertainment, drug use, police and military protection from the aggrieved oppressed peoples, and so on.
The truth is that individuals need to recognize and change their self-destructive ways through accepting the redemption and life-restoring power of YHVH.

Cain’s rebellious house continues to thrive today in America as some white evangelical Christians, particularly among those who do not attend church regularly.[1] and Christian nationalists,[2] view Donald Trump as divinely ordained and “chosen by God”, with opposition to him seen as spiritual warfare.[5][6]
Trump played a video entitled “God Made Trump” at several of his rallies explicitly comparing him to a messianic figure [7] such as Cyrus the Great or David frequently mentioned, allowing his supporters to see him as one of several “morally flawed figures handpicked by God”. Described as “vessel theology”, this excuses his prior sexual misconduct.[9]
Trump has strong support with dominionists – a perversion of Genesis 1:28’s “dominion” demonstrated by the self-sacrificing lives of his Melchizedeks – in the New Apostolic Reformation. Many Trump administration officials are aligned with the group. as well as politicians such as Mike Johnson, Doug Mastriano, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Lauren Boebert. and political activists like Charlie Kirk.
From Stephen Miller’s speech at Charlie Kirk’s memorial service:
“We are the storm. And our enemies cannot comprehend our strength, our determination, our resolve, our passion…”
“Our [all White] lineage and our legacy hails back to Athens, to Rome, to Philadelphia, to Monticello… Our ancestors built the cities… the art and architecture… the industry.”
“To the enemy, I say this: You are nothing. You can build nothing. You can create nothing.”
“They cannot conceive of the army that they have arisen in all of us. You have no idea the dragon you have awakened.”
Miller was billed as giving a eulogy, but what he delivered…turned grief into a call for endless struggle against “the enemy” – defined as all non-white interlopers of White Civilization.
“We are the storm” and “The dragon you have awakened” recalls fascist rhetoric on the storm as the agent of cleansing and rebirth, a people casting off weakness to seize destiny.
By speaking this way Miller was testing the waters. Could this register of speech be cheered by tens of thousands? The answer was yes.
As laid out in Project 2025 – the MAGA Republicans are consolidating their power everywhere through mass layoffs of career bureaucrat and installation of Trump loyalists into key positions to control all three branches of government, and violent crackdowns on protests being called “radical left” and “domestic terrorism”. A blood-and-soil style violent nationalism infuses everything the administration is doing. In the process, the president has repeatedly lied about the need for, and consequences of, his actions to mitigate opposition by his own supporters.
The Washington Post documented 30573 false or misleading claims made by Donald Trump during his entire first presidential term. This averaged to 21 lies per day over four years, 39 per day in his last year.
Over 200 mental health professionals signed an open letter in October 2024 asserting that Trump showcases symptoms consistent with the so-called malignant narcissism. This term encompasses traits like narcissism, paranoia, antisocial behavior, and sadism.
From a spiritual perspective this is diagnosed as satanic.
“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” (John 8:44)
