Located in what is now called Syria near the headwaters of the Euphrates River within easy reach of the city states of Mesopotamia, its strategic value can be deduced from the time of the arrival of the fallen Watchers on earth “in the days of Jared”. as well as geographically just a short trot north of Mount Hermon from where they are reported to have descended, nearby Gobeklitepe, and the pre-flood temple complex of Baalbek.

The first archeologically discovered script, an advanced development from cuneiform, was found in pre-flood Eblaite language texts. Given the huge contribution of written guidelines to successfully assembling anything even as simple as a bookcase from Ikea, Ebla was surely responsible for the sudden burst of construction activity of mono-liths, objects like statues made of a single stone, and mega-liths, constructions made of multiple stones like buildings that occurred world-wide beginning about 2500 BC, i.e. 200 years before the flood.

However, we can choose not to follow our elites into the abyss of decadence, violence, and suffering. We can say no to their control systems, no to their efforts to undermine the moral backbone of our societies, and no to the wars they try to sow.
To accomplish this, corrupt politicians need to be removed from office, and power needs to be restored to national or local parliaments. The more decentralized the power, the better. Direct democracy with referendums would help to diminish or even eliminate the power of (current and forthcoming) elites.
It’s high time we start laying the bricks for a new renaissance of humanity.

History presents many examples of this elitist reaction to apocalypse.

The elites in the army, the bureaucracy, the judiciary, academia, and business, supported by ultra-wealthy US financiers seeking investment opportunities, raised Adolph Hitler and the Nazis to power, knowingly sacrificing 70-85 million civilians and soldiers in order to maintain wealth, privilege and power for the few at the top of the food chain.
Trump has used his position of power to enrich his family by an estimated $3.4 billion during his two terms as president, as well increasing the wealth, through increased power, of his billionaire supporters.
