America’s civil and criminal justice systems are grounded on the Mosaic Code…centuries before Christ, the Jews devised a legal system based on the dignity of man and individual equality before the law. Individuals accused of crimes were considered innocent until proven guilty, had the right to confront their accusers, were allowed to testify in their own behalf, were not subject to double jeopardy, and could appeal convictions. In the American system, there are stages of a criminal lawsuit that must be followed.
During the sentencing phase of a criminal case, the court determines the appropriate punishment for the convicted defendant. In determining a suitable sentence, the court will consider a number of factors, including the nature and severity of the crime, the defendant’s criminal history, the defendant’s personal circumstances and the degree of remorse felt by the defendant.
As so in Revelation, before God’s wrath is poured out on the Adversary in Revelation 16, we find a review of the defendant’s criminal history in Revelation 14-15, including aggravated stalking, acts of terrorism, mass murder, and desecration, just to name a few.
The Defendant: Representing All Mankind
“And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman:”
This the human cloned from first human created, carrying every gene in the human genome passed to all humanity.
“And the LORD God…took one of his ribs…And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” (Genesis 2:20-23)
“And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.” (Genesis 2:20)
This is the true Mother of mankind in opposition to the endemic Mother Goddess found throughout all pagan religions:
“clothed with the sun” = invested with the highest energy of Creator God Himself.
“O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment:” (Psalm 104:1-2)
“and the moon under her feet” = humanity victorious over hyperdimensional beings
“thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger…the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him?…For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:” (Psalm 8)
“lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them” (Deuteronomy 4:19)
“and upon her head a crown”
Ancient crowns signified more than royalty, being granted to soldiers for acts of valor, equivalent to the American Medal of Honor, and giving one’s life in battle, equivalent to the Purple Heart, as well as worn by ordinary civilians to publicize memorable achievements such as marriage, childbirth, or honoring by association a distinguished individual at his funeral.
In that same sense of honoring by association, a slave might wear a garland / identifying himself as having been captured in war by the victor, and the priests wore crowns identifying themselves as the servants of their gods. Caesar Augustus identified himself as the incarnation of Apollo not only by declaration but by wearing Apollo’s “Corona Radiata” – the Unconquered Sun / Sol Invictus, which in time was was conflated with Jesus Christ by the Emperor Constatine.
Crowns / coronas were made of various materials depending on their purpose, including garlands / wreaths made of plants. One form, called a chaplet in English, is made like the wreath and might consist of a string of jewels tied at the back with a ribbon or set in a rigid band of gold. A royal crown in this form is distinguished by a number of ornaments upstanding from its rim.
“a crown of twelve stars” = these have been defined in holy scripture as the tribes of Israel,
“Israel loved [bonded with, identified himself with] Joseph more than all his children…And Joseph dreamed a dream…behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me. And he told it to his father…Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee?” (Genesis 37:3-10)
Yes, that did happen, when Joseph became Melchizedek over all the world’s empire i.e. God’s Chosen Christ.
The increase in number from eleven to twelve adds in Joseph through his wayward son Ephraim, detailed in previous posts as scattered throughout the Gentile nations as Hebrews in culturally differentiated religions, who, as detailed above, have been captured in war by Israel’s victorious Melchizedekian heir through Judah.
“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:” (Revelation 12:3)
He, or correctly zhe or it since hyperdimensional beings are gender neutral, sought to destroy all humanity through destroying the woman, only to be thwarted by Adam’s – totally unexpected because totally foreign to Lucifer’s nature – redemption of his wife by giving his life to save hers, and through God’s – totally unexpected because totally foreign to Lucifer’s nature – forgiveness by bearing the cost of through the death of his only begotten son who had just proven he is indeed the very likeness of God through his action –
“and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.” (Revelation 12:4)
Who knew THAT could happen!! Definitely not asexual creatures, and how does Evolution explain the divergence of sexuality? Which came first, the sperm or the egg?
The Woman’s victory in suffering is only fully understood if you’ve ever been through childbirth without anesthetic in so much pain you’ve resigned yourself to not surviving.
“And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron:”
And the woman – as well as the man from which she was cloned – lives on in her X chromosomes transmitted to both sexes of every generation of humanity, as well as the mitochondria / energy-producing organelles transmitted only in the egg cells into which the sperm injects the rest of the required set of chromosomes and triggers the process of division and differentiation of natality into a unique human yet one with all humanity. In the likeness of the Singularity who is uniquely himself yet one with all creation.
So Eve, fulfilling the promise that the Seed of the Woman Eve would take dominion over the earth, can justly be identified in her descendant Mary, spouse of another but essentially the same Joseph / “Increaser, May He Add” in the sense described by John the Baptizer as “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30).
“and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne…”

“Jesus…shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:…while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight….behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said…this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” (Revelation 12:5, Acts 1:1-11)
“And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon [cloned into Satan] …and his angels fought; and prevailed not”
This happened at a specific time and event in history [when]
“the Lion of the tribe of Judah… prevailed… for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;” (Revelation 5:5-9)
“And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, AND by the word of THEIR testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
So far it’s been 2,000 human years, but who knows how long it feels to timeless Satan?
“And…he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child
Think about it! God honored frail, helpless human womanhood, the original rebellious, sinning human, by making a woman his greatest ally in the battle for control of the universe. This proof of God’s absolute forgiveness AND TRUST IN US should take your breath away!
God is all about partnering and sharing. While Satan set right to work producing his powerful hyper dimensional clone, God waited for thousands of years before the Seed of the Woman was born. In the meantime, for four thousand years he relied on transiently spirit filled humans to hold onto the Kingdom, get the word out, keep hope alive, be living testimonies of God’s faithfulness to his promises! And for the last two thousand years he has been relying on permanently spirit filled humans!
“and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” (Revelation 12)
This is neither the smug entitled state religion of Christianity nor a Messianic Judaism that, frankly, relegates Gentile believers in their Christ to a subordinate status. This is the true Israel of God combining Jews and Gentiles into the Commonwealth of Israel known to us as the Hebrews (see relevant post).
The woman becomes the victim of the enraged psychopath so
“fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God,”
Although driven into the “wilderness” outside of the geographical boundaries granted by God for the last 2,000 years, nonetheless the true believers in the God of the Bible maintains cultural and religious identity “prepared by God” by, paradoxically, being refused citizenship status by Spain, Germany, Russia and other nations in which The Israel of God was allowed to enter
“that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days…where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent…
“And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood, that might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.” (Revelation 12:14-16)
A “flood” is a wipe-out, total destruction. “The earth” isn’t a righteous force protecting the woman so much as rivals snapping at the heels of the biggest dog in the vicious pack. This condition came to pass in 1492 when, after attracting the greatest population of Jews into its realm, Spain then decreed their elimination.
Other nations throughout Europe, recognizing their commercial value, gave them haven – but only temporarily as a “wipe out”, not only of Jews, but of Bible believers within their borders such as the Jehovah’s Witnesses in Germany, the Baptists and Puritans in England, and the Huguenots in France repeated itself in a series of expulsions and refugees fleeing execution, as noted in the following map, most recently in Germany’s dominions prior to WWII.
This wipe-out is slated to happen again where-ever there is a large and influential Jewish population, no doubt because they are least likely to abandon their faith.
The United States has by far the largest population of Jews outside of Israel at 5,700,000, with the next largest population even combining France and England as Europe being less than 8,000.
“we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end…followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. [In just one example of “them”] For when God made promise / oath to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise…
[proof we can rely upon] to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel…in which…we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us…he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.” (Hebrews 6:11-19, 13:5-6)
“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God…Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children...For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.” (Hebrews 12:1-7)
