His Holiness, Pope Pius XII, is mustering all the means in his power to build “a new world, a new peace from the catastrophe.”
Though conscious of the religious power of the Pope, head of the Catholic Church, we have chosen to remain blind to the political power of the Pope who is King. But is it the part of wisdom not to recognize the Papacy for what it is – bringing back to the world “that which it lost four centuries ago” [during the Reformation] —the spiritual and political hegemony of “the Pope who is King” presiding over a revised version of the Holy Roman Empire?

The Catholic Church has a unique status in international law and relations. Through the international person of the Holy See, the Church exercises sovereignty—authority—with nation-states, international organizations, and other participants. The concept of the “Holy See” is used to describe the Catholic Church—with the Pope and the Roman Curia—as an international personality that has the competence to engage other international persons including sovereign states…
The Holy See…participates in the realm of international organizations, such as the United Nations (UN), as either a permanent observer or as a full member.
The pope is an utterly unique actor in international relations (IR)…Pope Francis currently enjoys formal diplomatic relations with over 180 individual countries across the globe, from Albania to Zimbabwe. At the same time, the pope is the spiritual leader of the Catholic Church, a religious community numbering more than a billion souls. As a result of that institutional status, the pope is also…the “first citizen of global civil society,”

Princeps civitatis (“First Citizen”) was an official title of a Roman Emperor...
This usage of “princeps” derived from the position of Princeps senatus, the “first among equals” of the Senate…the first member by precedence of the Roman Senate, and his opinion would usually be asked first in senatorial debates.
It was first given as a special title to Caesar Augustus in 27 BC, who saw that use of the titles rex (king) or dictator would create resentment amongst senators and other influential men, who had earlier demonstrated their disapproval by supporting the assassination of Julius Caesar. While Augustus had political and military supremacy, he needed the assistance of his fellow Romans to manage the Empire.
“With the consent of the Senate, Augustus slowly assumed the sole leadership of the Empire.”
And the pope has sole leadership of the Roman Catholic Empire.
For a thousand years, the pope was not only a spiritual leader of Roman Catholics, but he was also a king. The pope had absolute power over his people.
- Pope Sergius III’s reign came during a tumultuous period in Church history spanning the late 9th to the mid-10th century, characterized by rampant political intrigue, familial power struggles, and a series of short-lived papacies, many of which ended under suspicious or violent circumstances. It is believed that he ordered the murders of his two immediate predecessors, Popes Leo V and Christopher. His reign was emblematic of the Church during this period.
- Pope Benedict IX’s papacy began in 1032, and from the outset, his reign was marred by allegations of scandal, immorality, and even simony when he sold the papacy to his godfather, John Gratian, who then became Pope Gregory VI.
- Pope Alexander VI ascended to the papal throne in 1492 when the Renaissance was in full bloom and the political landscape of Italy was a complex battleground. His election as Pope was seen by many as the culmination of his family’s – the Borgias’ rise to power. His papacy would become one of the most controversial in Church history, marked by allegations of nepotism, corruption, and moral decadence. Alexander VI played a pivotal role in the geopolitics of the time. Tales of lavish parties, intrigues, and even allegations of murder became synonymous with the Borgia name. Admired by some for his political power, he was reviled by others for the moral decay and corruption that marked his papacy.
- Pope Leo X of the influential Medici family used his power to transform the Vatican into a Renaissance temple with artists like Raphael and Michelangelo. His monumental building projects and lavish lifestyle of the papal court required vast sums of money, financed in part by the innovation of the sale of indulgences and Martin Luther’s Reformation in 1517.

On March 20, 2023, for the second time in its history, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) convened a meeting focused specifically on the integration of the human rights of LGBTI+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and other sexual and gender minorities) people into the work of the Security Council. Unlike other UN bodies, the Security Council holds the power to pass binding resolutions that are enforceable by law. This means the U.N. is considering enforcing radically different social norms on all monotheistic peoples “of the Book” morally opposed to LBGT behavior – Christians, Jews and Moslems.
“and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her” (Revelation 18:3)
The significance of a Security Council meeting on LGBTI+ issues is not to be underplayed. Entrenching and mainstreaming the protection of queer people as a mainstay of peace and security policymaking globally, as well as integrating attention to sexual orientation and gender identity in its work has proved an important tool for engaging with national leaders to forge political alliances to benefit from the world superpower.
The Holy See is the most solidly established world-wide judicial institution able to demand submission to new laws with sentence of death to heretics either by passively withholding aid in refugee camps, surreptitiously exploiting victims in concentration camps, or actively executing rebels in prison camps.
“and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.” (Revelation 18:3)
10 billions of dollars [invested] in foreign companies by the Institute of Religious Works (the Vatican bank) in the 1990s. It has holdings in such industries as banking, insurance, chemicals, steel, construction and real estate. It only invests in companies that operate according to Catholic morals [read under Catholic control].
86 millions of dollars in 2011…made up of donations from parishes across the globe.
With an even greater reach than the U.N. Security Council, the Holy See has the reach, resources, moral authority and heritage of papal infallibility to be the First Responder on the scene in the next unimaginably destructive world war.
“And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls,” (Revelation 17:4)
Wealth of Roman Catholic Church impossible to calculate
There is no doubt, however, that between the church’s priceless art, land, gold and investments across the globe, it is one of the wealthiest institutions on Earth…
the buildings in Vatican City….are priceless and could never be sold. They include: the Apostolic Palace, the pope’s official residence; the Sistine Chapel, best known for murals by Botticelli and Michelangelo…and St. Peter’s Basilica, the largest church in the world…
716,290 square kilometres [of properties] across the globe…

The Holy See is the only world-wide institution that can instantly accredit a hyper dimensional being as The Return of the King of the world, syncretize the world religions especially Christianity, Islam and Judaism,
Jesuit Brother Guy Consolmagno, head of the Vatican Observatory and sometimes called “the pope’s astronomer,”… agreed with me that the Catholic intellectual tradition would have absolutely zero problem with the idea of intelligent life — that is, substances of a rational nature (the classic definition of a “person” in my field) — on other planets…
when asked in a later, more in-depth interview on these topics if he would be willing to baptize an alien, he said, “Only if she asked…”

From Origen in the third century to Thomas Aquinas in the 13th to the Renaissance thinkers of the 15th and 16th centuries, there is already a robust set of theological reflections on a host of questions that nonhuman persons on other planets produce.
Did Jesus die for them too?…Or maybe they didn’t have a primeval original sin that disordered their nature and environment…? Are they governed by our sense of right and wrong or would it be quite different? Or would they be capable of sinning at all?…
the church’s intellectual tradition on these questions would be brought to bear in exciting and important ways.
So bring it on, director of national intelligence and Pentagon. Let’s see what you got. The Catholic intellectual tradition stands ready to help humanity interpret and process the fact that we are not alone in the universe.
The Catholic intellectual tradition isn’t going to simply support a scientific alien paradigm. The Catholic church’s authority is absolutely spiritual, so will support:
“that man of sin…the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” (II Thessalonians 2:2-9)
This tells us what city he will make his new capitol.
“the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt [satellites of Babylon], where also our Lord was crucified.” (Revelation 11:8)
Notoriously the object of desire during the Crusades of the Middle Ages, possession of which is still the goal of the Western and the Eastern coalitions, given over to the Gentiles to trod for 42 months which defines wartime conditions.
2024 – In his annual “State of the World” address Pope Francis expressed support for an “internationally guaranteed special status for the City of Jerusalem, aiming for lasting peace and security.
As of March 2025 Israel’s Knesset has yet to ratify two 1993 agreements establishing diplomatic ties between the Holy See and Israel, and a 1997 agreement under which Israel would recognise the juridical personality and authority of canon law of the Catholic Church within Israeli territory.
Watch out for that point in time when she does.
“Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication…and I saw
- a woman…is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” (Revelation 17:18) the Vatican – sit upon
- a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy – paganized world government,
- having seven heads [of collaborating alliances like NATO]
- and ten horns [some of which like the US president also rule over the organizations like NATO].” (Revelation 17:1-3)
This passage speaks not only to Bible believers but to the pagans in an ongoing attempt to win some over to salvation, so it is important not just to consult a Bible atlas but a broader metaphysical perspective of the symbolism of these horns:
- powerful protection, resilience and vitality relating to the life force that drives survival and growth from the animal kingdom,
- fertility and sexual desires,
- and a conduit of divine power associated with gods.
These ten horns can be nothing but hybrid rulers brought into the government.
There is undoubtedly in the last days, as at the first, a literal woman sitting upon / riding (ahem) the ruler.
Women of the Vatican: Female Power in a Male World looks at a variety of female personalities who exerted influence over the centuries…Telford’s account has enough history and sleaze in it to make for a gripping Netflix series…digging controversially into the lives of several women…
a 19th century nun named Mother Pascalina who served as a close confidant Pope Pius XII…until his death as pope in 1958…Telford could have dedicated a whole book to Pascalina as the papacy fell under siege during World War II. The chapter on her is one of the most-fascinating reads in all the book. But prophetically this is Babylon.
ten kings which…receive power as kings one hour with the beast…shall hate the whore / the Vatican and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.” (Revelation 17:16)
Game of Thrones did a fabulous job of depicting the religious downfall of Cerce Lannister who was made desolate, stripped of all her dignity forced to walk naked through the city in a gantlet of stones and excrement, curses and mocking.
GOT also did a fabulous job of depicting rulers cold-as-ice, indifferent to suffering even while burning alive children in the name of religion.
But what is that bit about “eat her flesh”?
This suggests that these men have become hybrid creatures of the beast from the sea – zombies – who must re-energize themselves with fresh blood carrying the red blood cells and other essential blood products they can no longer produce in their dead bodies.
And that also explains why they burn the woman with fire. She too was, or became, a zombie with the coming of the beast from the sea. Burning is the only way to deactivate her. Portent of the lake of fire.
“My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.”
“Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and…will make thee a burnt mountain….And thou shalt be desolate for ever, saith the LORD. Blow the trumpet among the nations, prepare the nations against her, call together against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashchenaz; / Turkey appoint a captain / leader against her; the Medes / Iran, the captains thereof, and all the rulers thereof, and all the land of his dominion – sphere of influence linking Russia and China.” (Isaiah 51)
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” (Revelation 18:4-5)
How do believers in the word of God respond to these instructions to “go ye out of the midst of her”? We can’t all pack up and emigrate to another country, like Jim Jones and his church.
The directions are spiritual! When offered false hope, false life, “Go ye the opposite direction!” Out, out! of the midst of the nations who are being swallowed up, consumed, incorporated into the Whore of Babylon’s religion of death.
“thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter / offspring / legacy of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come. The violence done to me and to my flesh / my humans be upon Babylon, shall the inhabitant of Zion say; and my blood upon the inhabitants of Chaldea, shall Jerusalem say. I will make them drunken, that they may…sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake / end all interaction, saith the LORD…
AND I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall…(Isaiah 51:33-44)
Bel, AKA Baal, simply means Lord. Get it? The equal but opposite to the LORD of the Bible. He is also known as Marduk / Mari-utu, Son of Satan, That New Thing demi-god hybrid human, chief god of the city of Babylon in Mesopotamian religion and the national god of Babylonia rebirth of Nimrod through Semiramis, the Queen of Heaven. Bel is the political partner that protects and empowers the religious partner. At this time, the United States of America.
This is consistent with A Middle Eastern alliance revenging decades of wrongs by orchestrating a massed nuclear wipeout against the Crusading West based in the Vatican, militarily led by the United States and taking over Jerusalem’s Temple Mount.
