It may seem like this post has just skipped over four chapters, but it hasn’t. No narrative can simultaneously document the different actions of multiple players at the same time. Instead, we need to follow any single trail as it weaves in and out amongst many players and events.
- Revelation 9 introduced the “king…the angel / physical manifestation of a spirit being of the bottomless pit…his name Apollyon.” (v 11)
- Revelation 11 informs us that “the beast / unknown species of being that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them / the two witnesses at the temple, and shall overcome them, and kill them.” (v 7)
- Revelation 12-13 is a flashback, including more details on the beast who rises from the sea / bottomless pit and becomes king of the world.
Just as The League of Nations was formed after WWI to prevent another world war, then the Washington Treaty AKA United Nations was formed after WWII to prevent another war, so will a world-wide government be formed in the aftermath of a nuclear apocalypse to salvage what can be reclaimed of life on earth.
“power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.” (Revelation 13:7)
Only this one will include the ancient gods / modern aliens.
Interesting that America rose to heights of world power after it
- took over the Pergamum Museum of ancient history in the Allied- occupied territory of West Berlin
- and top Nazi rocket scientists from Germany.
Let’s follow that trail.
Prior to the 19th century, poetry, rhetoric, historiography and moral philosophy were considered particularly valuable to humane education, as they transmitted knowledge of beauty, goodness and truth. These so-called “fine sciences” (“schöne Wissenschaften”) were discredited by Immanuel Kant, who…advanced…a novel concept of “scientific education”…
Without a doubt, the most influential concept in German university history is that of the “unity of teaching and research.”
In the 19th and early 20th centuries, much research was conducted and disseminated in German. Interesting that “Germany has been the home of some of the most prominent researchers in various scientific disciplines, notably physics, mathematics, chemistry and engineering.”
the USA advanced to become the most important scientific force and English to the most important international scientific language.
One well-known event of scattering military knowledge so that it was not all held by one empire can be seen in the division of Germany’s rocket science between America and Russia after WWII. Fortunately for the world, in contrast to America unilateraly dropping bombs on Japan, the balance of power between America and Russia, AKA the Cold War, has prevented anyone from dropping more atomic bombs on anyone.
One aspect of the Iraq war that most people overlook is, just as in Germany after WWII, America looted ancient artifacts as spoils of war.
The United States is returning more than 17,000 ancient artefacts that were looted and smuggled out of Iraq after the 2003 US invasion, including a 3,500-year-old clay tablet that bears part of the Epic of Gilgamesh.
The number of artefacts returned is impressive – most of all – for being only a fraction of the tens of thousands taken.
Begging the question, what ancient knowledge has been learned and implemented in the decades since then?
For example, NPR’s report on January 13, 2023 of “The Pentagon’s new office for investigating potential UFO sightings”.

- and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
And the beast which I saw was like unto
- a leopard,
- and his feet were as the feet of a bear,
- and his mouth as the mouth of a lion:
and the dragon / Satan gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.“ (Revelation 13:1-7)
A “beast” by definition is an unknown species, unlike the “dragon”. This is a hybrid, confirming the match to the spirit being Apollo manifesting in some physical form, i.e. angel.
The beast is also a political entity, combining the four empires depicted in Daniel’s vision.
- Lion / Babylon / Iraq and currently its Middle East sphere of influence.
- Bear / Persia and currently its Far East sphere of influence in Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, China.
- Leopard / Asia Minor – Greece’s ancient homeland expanding north into Eastern Europe and Russia.
- Dragon which empowers them all – the Roman Republic currently administered by the United States
There is no question that the ancient Roman Empire has evolved over time into the modern Western Empire controlled by Washington D.C. through a collection of world-wide organizations:
- the United Nations,
- the World Bank
- International Monetary Fund
- NATO
- the Organization For Economic Cooperation and Development
- the G7 / Group of Seven, an organization of leaders from some of the world’s largest economies: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the US. Russia was indefinitely suspended from the group – which was at the time known as the G8 – in 2014 after its annexation of Crimea, the first violation of a European country’s borders since World War II.
We can compare the system of governance in John’s Roman Empire to the equivalent system of governance in our modern time.
- Seven heads of state = The Allies in WWI, NATO, G7
The totality of the Roman Empire was subdivided into provinces based on territorial absorption into the Empire. A province that had been absorbed through a mutual alliance was ruled by a procuratore. the second highest Senate rank. “These provincial procurators often concurrently served as heads of the great ministries of the Roman government,“
Thereby consolidating the wealth, resources and power of the Empire into the smallest clique of subordinate rulers under the top dog.
The Axis Powers consisted of ten heads of state of Germany, Italy, Japan, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Croatia and Finland.
The Allied countries initially consisted of seven principal heads of state of nations with significant resources to contribute – The United States, the United Kingdom, the Soviet Union, and China (the “Big Four”), and to a lesser extent Australia, Canada, South Africa, as well as plucky little New Zealand way down under.
After WWII the European nations continued to align into one of two opposing camps, with America formulating the Washington Treaty, AKA NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization opposing Russia’s eastern expansion into Europe under its Warsaw Pact.
NATO’s founding member countries consisted of ten heads of state, with additional membership reaching to 31 as of 2023. However, as of 2023 a majority of NATO countries do not meet their commitments to NATO. A realistic assessment of the nations providing joint chiefs of staff leadership in NATO to deter Russia military aggression numbers only seven – the U.S., the U.K., Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey.
- Ten horns are “ten kings”. (Revelation 17:12)
Horns have always been an important symbol throughout history and throughout every culture.
As horns are an animal’s weapon, they universally symbolize strength and aggressivenessand represent military power, the essential role of a king / human vessel for the national god whose military power was always represented with horns.
These include the Sumerian Enki and Utu, Egyptian Ra Ammon, Osiris, Isis and Hathor, Canaanite Moloch whose very name is rooted in the word “king”, Alexander the Great, the Roman gods Jupiter / Zeus, and Mercury and the Norse god Odin.
Even YHVH is depicted with horns.
“God came from Teman…His glory [victory in battle] covered the heavens…he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.” (Habakkuk 3:3-4)
The “Emperor Card” in the tarot shows the emperor seated with horned rams’ heads on the four corners of his throne signifying his divine power brought into the physical realm…
These ten kings “receive power as kings one hour / i.e. temporarily with the beast.” (Revelation 17:12)
In the earlier post “Ten Kings” the allied rulers in the Middle East were analyzed as fitting this prophesy. Without contradicting that match at that period of time, another conceptual fit for the ten rulers receiving military authority under one higher authority can be found in the The United Nations’ Security Council, the world’s principal crisis-management body.
This governing agency is empowered to impose binding obligations on the 193 UN member states to maintain peace in times of war through the decisions of ten elected members who serve temporary, two-year, nonconsecutive terms and five permanent members—China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The real exercise of power is recognized by the fact that it only takes one permanent Council member to veto a resolution calling for sanctions, while none of the ten elected members have veto power.
Scotland royal regalia – scepter, sword and crown – were seized by the army of Edward I of Englandin 1296. Following the Act of Union of 1707 to form the Kingdom of Great Britain, these remained in England’s possession. In 1953 the Crown of Scotland was carried in Elizabeth II ascension procession as an act of Scotland’s submission to her rule, and again in 2002 placed on her coffin.
- and upon his heads the name of blasphemy against God.
“I AM = the LORD: that is my name! and my glory will I not give to another!!…how should my name be polluted?…I AM the first, I also am the last [the victor in this battle of wills!!!]…

The cornerstone to the beast from the sea’s religion is the claim that more highly evolved beings from outer space – not the Hebrew God – are the real creators, sustainers, and saviors of mankind.
In May 2019 Naruhito, son of Akihito, grandson of Hirohito of WWII infamy, tracing an unbroken lineage to Jimmu the first emperor of Japan, ascended to the imperial throne of Japan. Among the series of elaborate rituals, “the most important”, written into the constitution, this one alone costing the tax-payers 25 million dollars, is the Daijokyu . This shrine complex of about 30 structures in various sizes, will be demolished after the new emperor spends the night there incorporating his family’s ancestral god into his body by having sex with the sun goddess who comes down from heaven.
