“And God made two great lights;
- the greater light to rule the day,
- and the lesser light to rule the night:
- he made the stars also.
And God set them IN the firmament of the heaven…to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness:” (Genesis 1:14-18)
Science confidently asserts that the sun is the source of light, but can’t explain the nature of light.
“In simple terms, light is one of nature’s freaky exceptions.”
In addition, things about the moon can’t be explained. Reputable scientists have concluded that “Something” had to put the moon in orbit with its precise altitude, course, and speed.“
That would be the Singularity.
Consistent with ancient myths of the gods, the apocryphal Book of Enoch describes the stars as a category of the celestial beings commonly referred to as angels, as well as sentient creatures in terms of what are today called UFOs. This is confirmed by the biblical writer Ezekiel.
“The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel…
- Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance;
- they had the likeness of a man.
- And every one had four faces…As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the
- face of a man, and
- the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had
- the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had
- the face of an eagle.
- and every one had four wings.
- And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host:
- when they stood, they let down their wings.
- their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps:
- and out of the fire went forth lightning.
- And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.
- Now as I beheld…behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.
- their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.
- When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went. [Describes UFOs]
- As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful;
- and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.
- And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.
- Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.” (Ezekiel 1)
Claiming that Ezekiel was high on some substance or psychotically hallucinating or being metaphorical doesn’t work. We’re the delusional ones if we assume that we know everything there is know about the universe. And it’s simply irrational to imagine that we can eliminate the possibilities of hyper dimensional beings beyond the ken of four dimensional perception without hyper dimensional empowerment.
Science has discovered that plants are sentient. There is no reason not to believe that other created entities are not also living, sentient beings. Jesus himself said that stones could praise him. The Sumerians’ account of the earliest created substances like water and mud, and the primary elements of earth, air, wind and fire as factual living extensions of the Creator validates the biblical report.
“For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now…ourselves also…waiting for…the redemption of our body.” (Romans 8:16-23)
“O LORD / I Am / Singularity / Creator my God, thou art very great…
- Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment:
- who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
- Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters:
- who maketh the clouds his chariot:
- who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
- Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire…
- He appointed the moon for seasons:
- the sun knoweth his going down…
- O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all:
- the earth is full of thy riches.
- So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
- There go the [space]ships / UFOs:
- there [in that sea] is that leviathan / , whom thou hast made to play therein.
- Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
- The glory [power in battle] of the LORD shall endure for ever…” (Psalm 104)
The operationally defensive nature of the lights / luminaries / hyper dimensional beings placed in the firmament are expressed by the biblical account of “ruling” and “dividing light from darkness” which we have established means far more than visibility, extending to the abstract meaning of existence vs termination.
This sea is a deadly place and efforts to get to it spell earth’s doom.
“For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity…and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.” (Isaiah 26:20-27:1)
And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire…and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth…in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.” (Revelation 10:1-7)
The firmament is a barrier reef to the chaotic sea of outer space and its ancient pagan gods / modern aliens.
“And God said, Let…fowl…fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.” (Genesis 1:20)
The Hebrew word translated here “open” is the same word translated “face”, “surface”, “in the presence of ” or “in front of”. It is still in common use for denoting open access, as in open faced sandwich, or open face exhibiting one’s inner thoughts.
Astronomically, this open space is called the first of 5 levels of earth’s atmosphere, and is distinctly different from the upper 4 levels. I have to smile at NASA’s anthropomorphic attribution of a creator.

Earth’s troposphere extends from Earth’s surface to, on average, about 12 kilometers (7.5 miles)…Yet this very shallow layer is tasked with holding all the air plants need for photosynthesis and animals need to breathe, and also contains about 99 percent of all water vapor and aerosols (minute solid or liquid particles suspended in the atmosphere)…Most of Earth’s weather happens here, and almost all clouds that are generated by weather are found here.
This indicates that the firmament, the barrier to the sea of “outer” space, is above the height of earth space at which earthlings “live, and move, and have our being.” (Acts 17:24-28)
“1) God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is 2) Lord of heaven and earth…And hath 3) made of one blood all nations of men 4) for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath 5) determined the times before appointed, and 6) the bounds of their habitation…7) as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
The New Testament uses the same sense of “open” in the verse describing how transformed humans will be “in front of”, i.e. face to face like Moses, not only able to see and withstand the glory of God, but have that same glory reflected in our own faces.
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass / mirror the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image…by the Spirit of the Lord.” (II Corinthians 3:18)
Paul is restating the basic tenent of Creator God’s relationship with humanity – that four dimensional mortals will be changed into hyper dimensional immortals.
“Behold, I shew you a mystery…we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.” (I Corinthians 15:51-53)
Paul’s notification that it is only after being changed into immortal / hyperdimensional beings that humans will be able to come face to face with God tells us that at this present time, four dimensional humans cannot withstand hyper dimensional forces.
Including those of the firmament.
James Van Allen is called the “Father of Space Science”.
- He received a Ph.D. in Physics in 1939 while studying cosmic rays on earth.
- He served on the post-World War II V2-Rocket Panel, using scavenged German V2 rockets to jumpstart American rocket technology.
- He pioneered the development of Geiger tube instrumentation for rocket flight to measure high altitude cosmic rays.
In 1959 the United States launched its first satellite, Explorer I. 1,563 miles high, for the express goal of investigating the cosmic rays discovered by Van Allen using his Geiger counter. They found radiation so intense that at first scientists thought they might be recording a Soviet nuclear test.
As the satellite circled the earth, its findings were determined to be mammoth radiation belts around Earth held in place by the planet’s magnetic field.
The Van Allen Belts, named for their discoverer in 1958, is the scientific explanation of the impenetrable barrier between outer space and earth reported in Genesis as the protective firmament.
Generated as it is by the solar radiation, this impenetrable barrier matches the biblical description of God’s military protection as both sun and shield.
“For the LORD God is a sun and shield…O LORD of hosts / armies, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.” (Psalm 84:11-12)
Explorer 1’s success marked the beginning of the U.S. Space Age – arbitrarily designated as anything above 50 miles above earth. This can only be based on the discovery that the Van Allen Belts’ intense radiation limits access to any space above 400 miles high.
So any report of “outer space” activity has been limited to the space between 50-400 miles above earth.
