If we base our interpretation of a creation “day” on a biblical model rather than our assumptions, we find that the creation “day” is not a spacetime quantity.  It is a quality. Right in the passage “day” is defined as a state of being of light, 

“And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.” (Genesis 1:5)\

The creation day is characterized by a condition when God is in control and personally active as the light of the world, which like the sun, energizes all life.

The Popol Vuh, the only Mesoamerican religious book to escape the Spaniards’ destruction of native culture, preserves a report of this event.

“Over a universe wrapped in the gloom of a dense and primeval night passed the god Hurakan, the mighty wind [spirit]. He called out “earth,” and the solid land appeared“…

It is worthy of notice that [this] embodies the general aboriginal idea of creation which prevailed in the New World. In many of them the central idea of creation is supplied by the brooding of a great bird [say, a dove?] over the dark primeval waste of waters.”

In contrast to God’s day, the darkness of night is characterized not only by the absence of God’s presence and creative activity but by opposing God’s presence and productive work, ergo – destruction.

“God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him [are in his presence involved in his activities], and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.” (I John 1:5-6)

The Hindu religion has maintained ancient records out of which we can pull a more accurate spiritual perspective about the difference between mortal and immortal, time and eternal, as opposed to Western civilization’s materialistic frame of reference. According to them, the gods were immortal…subject to a different time frame and had their own periods of activity and rest. These constituted their days and nights.

When the highest Supreme Self was awake, they believed, He would expand outwardly and manifest his objective worlds…In Hinduism time…exists only so long as we are bound to the things of this world through our senses [mortal body]... In God’s consciousness there are no divisions of time.

There is only the present moment, one continuous, indivisible and indistinguishable state of existence…”

the universe is thought to regenerate in cycles…Shiva destroys the universe at the end of each cycle which then allows for a new Creation.

In our Western (pagan Roman) culture each 24 hour day is calculated, significantly, to begin at mid-night,  or 12:00 am by civilian reckoning. Darkness is interrupted by daylight ~ 6:00 am, then resumes ~ 6:00 pm and wraps up the 24 hour day to end at midnight, the beginning of the next day.

The ancient time reckoning – including biblical – begins at mid-day, i.e. noon at 12 p.m. is interrupted by nighttime from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, resumes the next morning at daybreak until noon, at which time the next day begins.

If we apply this to what the Bible teaches about light and darkness, especially that there is no darkness at all in God, then the following sequence of events unfolds during the creation week.

1. Construction during an era of light with brooding darkness – Evening
2. Destruction during an era of darkness – Night
3. Reconstruction during restoration of glorious light at its brightest – Morning

Beginning – Evening 1 as it turns out

“In the beginning God created the heaven [singular] and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1)

Night One

“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.” (Genesis 1:2)

Formlessness defines a state ranging from gaseous to semi-liquid to liquid in contrast to solid state. This can’t be a gaseous state because gases mix so the earth couldn’t be distinguished as a separate entity from the heaven.

At this point in the narrative many people trying to reconcile evolution with their belief in God argue that the earth was created formless and left to evolve. However, the two belief systems can’t be reconciled.

Since time is a consequence of deterioration, the opening words of the narrative “In the beginning” establish that deterioration was happening in the course of events of the narrative. Only a super-natural being is able to overcome the implacable fores of deterioration and death so evident in the natural world.

The fundamental proof for believing in God as Creator and Sustainer of the forces of stability and order required for the existence of life is that the earth was created as a solid, and became formless, then was restored to its created state.

Interesting that what the Bible reported thousands of years ago is only very recently become a geological scientific discovery.

Major impact events have significantly shaped Earth’s history…In 1980…[scientists] discovered unusually high concentrations of iridium in a specific layer of rock strata in the Earth’s crust. Iridium is an element that is rare on Earth but relatively abundant in many meteorites…This iridium layer at the Cretaceous–Paleogene boundary has been found worldwide at 100 different sites. Multidirectionally shocked quartz (coesite), which is normally associated with large impact events or atomic bomb explosions, has also been foun in the same layer at more than 30 sites. Soot and ash at levels tens of thousands times normal levels were found with the above…

Probably the most convincing evidence for a worldwide catastrophe was the discovery of the crater which has since been named Chicxulub Crater…centered on the Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico…180 km (110 mi) in diameter…

In the early history of the Earth.. bolide impacts [leaving a crater] were almost certainly common…

The LHB [Late Heavy Bombardment] may have been key to delivering water to Earth…

Asteroids currently are the most likely suspect for delivering water to the planet…

researchers can study millimeter- to centimeter-thick layers of rock droplets known as spherules.

“Spherule layers…preserved in the geologic record, provide information about an impact even when the source crater cannot be found,” Brandon Johnson, of Purdue University, told Space.com…

“Some of the asteroids that we infer were about 40 kilometers (24.8 miles) in diameter…

The book of Job internally confirms that “was” means “came to be” formless, caused by the works of darkness, after God began to create by converting e/c2 to mass.

“when I laid the foundations of the earth…

1. the sea…brake forth…
2. the earth…turned as clay to the seal; [soft and wet] (Job 38:4-14)

Peter confirms a flood at “the beginning of the creation.”

“…there shall come in the last days scoffers…saying…all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished...” (II Peter 3:3-7)

But the sought-for confirmation did not exist…Sedgwick concluded that there was never a worldwide flood…

Yet Sedgwick erred. From the evidence before him, Sedgwick should have concluded: presently exposed landscapes were never inundated by a common flood…Sedgwick went too far: he passed judgment on the morphology of vast, submerged landscapes that he could not observe. He assumed that Earth’s present amount of water has always been here.

Because of its far-reaching consequences, Sedgwick’s ‘no worldwide flood, ever’ conclusion will eventually gain universal recognition as the most profound error in the history of science.

The most ancient extent account of creation, the Enuma Elisha, validates the biblical account with the report that Enki / Lucifer “raised up the flood-storm, his mighty weapon” as the forces of destruction.

Qualitative data – eliciting in-depth attitudes demonstrating that Noah’s flood wasn’t the first, but rather the last, flood – is found in the extravagant reassurances God gives over and over again in nine verses (Genesis 9:9-17).

“God spake unto Noah, and to his sons with him, saying,

2. neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
3. the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

And the bow shall be in the cloud…This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.” (Genesis 9)

What is not recorded is the panicked babbling, sobbing and screaming eight people with severe Acute Traumatic Stress Disorder as they freeze at the door of the ark, shocked at the view of a devastated and utterly alien world, terrified of experiencing first-hand the raging storms, lightening crashes, tsunami waves, the explosions from volcanos of “the great deep” or asteroids breaking through the “windows of heaven” they somehow survived in the ark, but by now their will to live is broken, they are resigned to death and can’t endure the awful conditions of the ark any longer.

Morning One

“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” (Genesis 1:3)

Every Creation Day wraps up with the Sun rising in victory against the forces of darkness.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…All things were made by him…In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended [absorbed] it – NOT! (John 1:1-5)

 For thus saith the LORD / I AM / Creator…Seek ye me, and ye shall live…Seek him that…turneth the shadow of death into the morning…The LORD / YHVH is his name.” (Amos 5:4-8)

And this process repeats in every Day-Night / Era of Creation-Destruction throughout the account in Genesis 1.

Geologists following proper scientific methodology have validated the biblical account of a succession of world-wide floods. Note, the following account is not from a Creation Science publication but a secular study.

Further exploration has exposed geological evidence of flood-imposed sedimentary layers. Like puzzle pieces, these match up the borders of our current continents, showing the existence of the original single landmass.

Bear in mind, acknowledging geological evidence per se does not require one to accept every theory formulated by scientists, who themselves argue their controversial theories among themselves.

On the other hand, once “time” is defined as a measure of destruction then we must acknowledge that time did pass during the nights of Genesis 1.

The strongest evidence of episodic whole-earth flooding is provided in The Geological Time Scale.

this is the actual record of the earth’s crust, recorded in rocks around the world.

But how do we know this…sequence of layers, one on top of the other, is accurate? Why is there any order at all to rock layers?

Two laws, or principles of geology explain why rock layers are formed in this way.

As noted in the chart above, these are

1. first the Precambrian,
2. followed by the Cambrian,
3. then Devonian,
4. the Mississippian,
5. the Pensylvanian,
6. and last our current geological strata, the Permian.

Anyone else notice that these correspond exactly to the six days of Creation? You’d think that would justify some serious investigation of the scientific validation of the biblical account of Creation by a Singularity as in e=mc2.

Especially since the geological strata also supports the biblical account of “daily” / era massive destruction of what had just been created / converted into mass from Infinite Singularity energy.

So what are all these other periods of extended time beyond the Permian entered into the record by Evolutionists?

When we examine the source documents, we find that the conceptual Evolutionists have highjacked the scientific geological records for their own wildly speculative purposes.

The website which matches the geological facts with Evolution’s outdated anti-hyper dimensional mechanistic model of reality is titled “Paleontology World, Science and Entertainment.

So it is important to distinguish between science / fact and entertainment / fiction in its reports.

Rock layers are usually ordered with the oldest layers on the bottom, and the most recent layers on top. The Law of Faunal Succession explains that fossils found in rock layers are also ordered in this way…

Wow. The Law of anything sounds impressive, because a Law, by definition, is the closest thing to a proven fact that humanity is able to determine, given our limitations in time and access to hyper dimensional reality.

The scientific method involves formulating hypotheses and testing them to see if they hold up to the realities of the natural world. Successfully proven hypotheses can lead to either scientific theories or scientific laws, which are similar in character but are not synonymous terms…

Generally, laws describe what will happen in a given situation as demonstrable by a mathematical equation, whereas theories describe how the phenomenon happens. Scientific laws develop from scientific discoveries and rigorously tested hypotheses, and new theories generally uphold and expand laws—though neither is ever held to be unimpeachably true. If thorough scientific research upends a previously held belief, scientists must find new hypotheses that better describe how nature works.

What we find using the most basic research methodology of gathering information from the internet is that there is no LAW of Faunal Succession. For Evolutionists to claim there is such a thing is sheer fraud.

The concept [of Faunal Succession] was derived from an 1812 study of the marine invertebrate and terrestrial vertebrate fauna of the Paris Basin by the French zoologist Georges Cuvier.”

Wow. If a junior high schooler attempted to present that limited evidence of a personal science experiment to his teacher I would certainly expect that he would fail the criteria being used to determine if he used the scientific method.

Nevertheless, a “Law” covering fauna and flora over the entire earth was extrapolated from this extremely limited sample to claim that “because of the wide geographic distribution of organisms on Earth, strata from different geographic areas can be correlated with each other and dated.

This is not science. This is a scam. Evolution is “proven” by circular reasoning that claims “evidence” for its process from the basic tenant of its belief system that long ages of time caused genetic changes.

Faunal succession is the fundamental tool of stratigraphy and comprises the basis for the geologic time scale…There are re many [press pause – this claim is unsubstantiated] evidences of evolution, but the geologic column remains the most obvious clue to the history of life on earth…

Since fossils progress from fish at the bottom to humans at the top, we have clear evidence that life evolved through time.

There is no such thing as “obvious explaination (sic)” in actual science.

True science exams all the possibilities before delivering a verdict of “Evolution is the only possible explanation!” or “Guilty as charged – life in prison!” or “Cancer – surgical excision of kidneys!” or “Employee violation – fired!”

The biblical hyper dimensional account of creation found in Genesis 1, unlike Evolution’s strictly imaginative account, is validated by the scientific geological record without, unlike Evolution, distorting any part of it.

Day & Night One correspond to ground zero, the geological bottom layer called Pre-Cambrian.

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” (Genesis 1:1-3)

Day & Night Two correspond to the Cambrian where the first traces of life forms are found in this first sedimentary layer.

“ And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.” (Genesis 1:9)

We can scientifically extract from these facts that

• this sedimentary layer was formed from some extra-terrestiral process that pulverized the Pre-Cambrian bedrock minerals, and
• the first traces of life forms found buried – BURIED UNDERGROUND – in this sediment -came into existence AFTER that first layer was formed and therefore in position to bury them.

Day & Night Three – Four correspond to the Devonian.

“And God said [applied Force to convert forms of energy and mass into different forms], Let the earth bring forth [converting one form of mass to another, as is observable in the growth of vegetation from elements in the ground] grass, the herb…and the fruit tree…And the evening and the morning were the third day.

The biblical account of the sequence in time of the creation of flora is supported by its first appearance at the bottom of the Devonian stratum. Not to mention its provision for the fauna whose creation follows.

And [providing physical sources of light energy necessary for earthly creatures} God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven…the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

Day & Night Five corresponds to the Mississippian and Pennsylvanian Strata of marine and aerial life forms.

“And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.” 

Day & Night Six corresponds to the Permian – our current – era of land animals and humans.

“And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind..

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

Notice that Evolution only deals with the last three layers, ignoring the Force responsible for the earlier layers.

Also, the Force responsible for jumpstarting life.
