- But the prince [lesser ruler, rebel conspirator] of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days:

- Can created beings maintain themselves when split off from the source of energy?
- Can the Singularity become disconnected from pieces of his infinite energy self without losing infinity altogether?
- The created celestial sons of God who separated themselves from God as their source of energy need to sustain themselves by tapping into an alternate source of energy.
- By isolating themselves from the primary source of energy and falling back on non-renewable energy, these beings are doomed to eventually run out of energy sources.
- Eventually, the Singularity / Source must gather back into itself all the scattered bits of residual energy, transforming the disordered waste energy to the original higher state of organized energy by converting detritus mass into energy.
- by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible,
- by him all things consist / have existence sustained
- in him all fulness dwell / the Singularity is permanently established
- by him to reconcile / bring back into unity all things unto himself…whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” (Colossians 1:16-20)
The Hebrew Scriptures don’t describe the creation of the sons of God, they simply state that the sons of God were already in existence when the the material universe was created.
“when I laid the foundations of the earth…all the sons of God shouted for joy.” (Job 38:4-7)
According to all the ancient scriptures, there is as wide an assortment of celestial images / housings / bodies as there is of terrestrial bodies. This is stated succinctly in the Bible.
“God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him...There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.” (I Corinthians 15:28-40)
Descriptions of Celestial Beings
Spirit / Energy is the basic likeness of Creator God, the Singularity – the ability to exist and function entirely as massless energy / spirit or to convert some of that energy to take a physical form.
“Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof. In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men, Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake. Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up: It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying…Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:” (Job 4:12-18)
Zeus’s myriad affairs were often conducted in the form of animals or even inanimate objects, such as a cloud or a shower of gold, and his objects of desire were male or female, as indeed were those of the other gods and heroes / demigods.
Some, but not all, are humanoid
“Then there came again and touched me one like the appearance of a man, and he strengthened / transferred energy to / me…(Daniel 10:18)
“And there appeared in the cherubims the form of a man’s hand under their wings… And every one had four faces:
And the cherubims were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.” (Ezekiel 10:8-15)
The cherubim are carried in something that at first seems to be a self-controlled high tech vehicle, but is also, like a horse, a sentient living being.
“And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone. And as for their appearances, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel. When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went. And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had. As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel. And when the cherubims went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turned not from beside them. When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.” (Ezekiel 10:9-17)
“I saw likewise the chariots of heaven, running in the world above to those gates in which the stars turn, which never set.” (Enoch 74:14-15)
We are most familiar with Western poetry that repeats ending sounds in a rhyme. Fortunately, for its intrinsic self-translation, Hebrew poetry repeats thoughts in a rhythm so we understand that
“Praise ye the LORD from the heavens…Praise ye him, all his angels…all his hosts…all ye stars of light.“(Psalm 148:1-3)
This passage clearly states that the angels’ territory, or real estate, is in the heavens, what we call outer space (note, that defines an inner space on this side of a boundary), where they function in dimensions inaccessible to humans on earth.
Warriors working in partnership with humans.
“LORD, when thou wentest out of Seir, when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped…They chose new gods; then was war in the gates…The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo…They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought with Sisera.” (Judges 5:4-20)
Ministers is what we understand it to be – a leadership appointment, with governing responsibilities in representation, communication, law, humanitarian aid, support, education, defense.
“But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?” (Hebrews 1:13-14)
Hierarchy of monarchy: Princes, rulers, and powers.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians 6:12)
This passage clearly states that behind the flesh and blood human rulers of this world are immortal spirit beings – righteous angels carrying out God’s government and fallen angels fighting to overthrow him. Daniel’s position in first the Babylonian then the Persian governments was essentially the CIA, where he gathered strategic information.
Watchers is another name for intelligence gatherers and security guards.
“I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and [the same individual is also] an holy one came down from heaven; He cried aloud, and said…Let his heart be changed from man’s, and let a beast’s heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him. This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men. This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen.” (Daniel 4:13-18)
Holy ones and Saints are sanctified, or set apart to God, the real Untouchables, refusing to be corrupted. Their righteous character is their greatest likeness with God, so to them is delegated authority to decree and demand.
“The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shineth forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.” (Deuteronomy 33:2-3)
Judges in a divine council gather evidence and make decisions, the ultimate Supreme Court. While God has the ultimate say, he doesn’t dictate every detail himself. He entrusts the details to his sons, as any good father does.
“…I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left. And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.” (II Kings 22:19-22)
Does this mean that God lies? No. He simply allows choices, which requires the opportunity to act on an appealing lie instead of the uncomfortable truth, to do wrong instead of right. Ahab most certainly had the opportunity to chose to be saved from death by acting on the word of the Most High God who had, by this time, through Elijah, proven over and over that he had power over death.
Host is a large assembly at the basic level, an army at the ready. Interestingly, hyper dimensional horses and “chariots” are reported, perhaps using known images in a feeble attempt to describe what was surely indescribable. Ezekiel puts a lot of effort into describing heavenly entities that, in our day, are categorized as UFOs. Although, while horse cavalry was largely replaced by motorized vehicles during WWII, horses are still a part of highly technological modern armies.
“…the king of Syria…sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host…And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth…his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! How shall we do?…And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” (II Kings 6:17)
“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war…and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses…” (Revelation 19:11-14)
Mighty ones in the context of battle.
“…when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (II Thessalonians 1:7-8)
“…angels…are greater in power and might [than humans].” (II Peter 2:11)
Angels, the most common name for these beings is a transliteration of the Greek word for messenger or ambassador, and is translated in both the Hebrew Old Testament and the Greek New Testament as such. This should be understood as an expression of their primary function in bridging the gap between the four-dimensional material domain limiting human functioning and the multidimensional spirit domain allowing access to greater knowledge and power.
“And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it…And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he…was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.” (Genesis 28:12-17)
The gods are real. This name expresses hyper-dimensional ability to operate outside of time and space to empower and benefit humans asking / praying for their help.
“Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him. Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams…The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said…it is a rare thing that the king requireth, and there is none other that can shew it before the king, except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh… Daniel… said… there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days…[Again] I Nebuchadnezzar…saw a dream which made me afraid…the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers…did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof. But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my God, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying, O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof.” (Daniel 2, 4:4-9)
Regardless of their image, all sons of God, by definition, share his likeness. In the case of Creation, that is the ability to impose order, following the Laws of Physics. Another way to phrase this is being right-eousness – doing things the right way.
Any being who doesn’t do things the right way causes destruction, whether deliberately or stupidly. We definitely understand this in the case of auto mechanics, but it’s the base truism throughout the universe.
And so being “spun off” from the Singularity does not automatically qualify a being as a son of God.
Only the ones who use their power in unity with the Creator to make and maintain life are chosen, by him, to be his son. Those who separate themselves from him by destroying his Creation and causing death are most certainly not his sons.
James M. Gibbs, Ph.D.’s doctoral dissertation explains this.
Among the Israelites [and also among the classical Romans] a child became a son or daughter not primarily by the fact of physical generation but rather through acknowledgement or election by the father. [And so Jesus was acknowledged by Joseph –Matt 1:18-25] All a man’s acknowledged children were legitimate no matter what the status of their mother, be she wife, concubine, or harlot. Also, a man might adopt a slave as his son and make him his heir. It is worth noting that the Hebrew מַמְזֵ, ‘bastard’, apparently referred to a child born of incest (as in Deut 23.2 and Zech 9.6) not to one born out of wedlock, for, as noted above, there was no difference of legitimacy, in the Graeco-Roman sense, between sons of wives and those of concubines. Thus even in reference to human affairs, Israel’s concept of the father-son relationship was not one that emphasized physical procreation.
In societies where the nuclear family, not a national government, meets all essential needs of food, shelter, protection and quality of life, the extended family is the government. A child has no citizenship, no prerogatives simply by birth, even life itself. Anthropologist Laila Williamson notes that “Infanticide has been practiced on every continent and by people on every level of cultural complexity, from hunter gatherers to high civilizations, including our own ancestors. Rather than being an exception, then, it has been the rule.”
In societies were belonging is based not on legal citizenship but on a more abstract family membership through shared heritage, this sense of father is maintained as legal authority, leader, teacher, master.
We can most easily understand the religious aspect of fatherhood in Catholic priests who have authority to absolve from sin. Even in Protestant Christianity there is a concept of spiritual father as Elder. Islam has the equivalent titles of Sheikh and Imam like Abdullah Azzam, “the father of the modern global jihad”, whose directives are carried out to the death by the deeply devout.
“And the king of Israel said unto Elisha…My father, shall I…? shall I…? And he answered, Thou shalt not.” (II Kings 6:21-22)
“And it came to pass…that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal. And the sons of the prophets that were at Bethel came forth…and stood to view afar off…And Elijah…said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion [as Israel willed to son Joseph] of thy spirit / power / energy [Elijah’s spirit power legacy in contrast to Israel’s physical land] be upon me [to carry out the father’s plans]. And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless…and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father...He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan; And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither [proving that Elijah’s God was with him, as he was with Moses and Joshua]: and Elisha went over. And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him. And they said unto him, Behold now…thy servants. (II Kings 2:1-18)
“What shall we say then that Abraham our father…hath found?...what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness…How was it then reckoned? when he was in…uncircumcision…that he might be the father of all them that believe…For the promise, that he should be the heir of THE WORLD [not JUST part of the Middle East], was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith…to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed…which is of the faith of Abraham...before him whom he believed, even [CREATOR] God, who quickeneth [brings to life, resurrects] the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were…He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God.” (Romans 4:13-25)“
In order to be acknowledged by the Father as his son, a child has to prove his commitment to the family. This is demonstrated in the account of Lot, who was Abram’s logical heir. But Lot’s selfl interests caused him to separate out from his uncle Abram’s family business.
“Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country…unto a land that I will shew thee…and Lot his brother’s son…and into the land of Canaan they came…And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land…And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee…for we be brethren…separate thyself, I pray thee, from me.” (Genesis 12-13)
Jacob / Israel’s son Joseph is our example of restoring family relationships under the worst of conditions.
“And Joseph said unto his brethren…I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. Now…God did send me before you to preserve life…and he hath made me
As this passage records, another equivalent title for father is Lord. This derives from the absolute authority required to fulfill responsibilities for providing for and protecting the family, specially in times of crisis like war or famine.
In Western culture this is more commonly recognized in medieval rulers as a sphere of influence where subjects don’t need to be related to the ruling dynasty. It is found even in today’s egalitarian societies in brotherhoods like the Freemasons headed by a Grand Master. We understand that this leader must be willingly served and obeyed in order to belong to that lord’s dominion. This requirement is based on the ancient role of father, which for a woman was transferred to her husband at her wedding.
“Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord.” (I Peter 3:6)
A true son is distinguished from a bastard not by the legal status of the mother, but solely by the decision of the father to accept or reject the son. Often this is based on the father’s perception of the son’s likeness to himself.
I once had a patient who became obsessed with the belief that his wife had been unfaithful to him based on his son’s physical similarity to the man’s brother. Having a horde of nephews and nieces from eight brothers and sisters, I was personally familiar with this genetic phenomenon. But nothing could convince this patient, and he repudiated his son and his wife, and was confined to the state psychiatric hospital for the safety and welfare of his wife and son.
On the son’s side, a true son is characterized by the discipline and training he is willing to endure to make him capable of carrying out his father’s wishes and legacy. If you are familiar with the television series Breaking Bad, you should recognize this principle underlying Jesse’s characterization. He does not share or practice his birth father’s values, which results in his father legally terminating their familial relationship.
Despite being in constant emotional conflict with another authority figure, a former high school teacher, he continues to address him respectfully as “Mr. White” and models his own behavior on his. Jesse’s character development is encapsulated in a brusque comment made by Mr. White on a test paper that Jesse kept among his few belongings – “Apply yourself!” which we hear Jesse repeat to his own subordinates later in time. Clearly Jesse took to heart the instructions, and endured constant berating and even abuse and exploitation, because he believed that Mr. White, unlike his birth father, recognized, valued and developed his potential.
Be ye therefore perfect / complete, faithfully reproducing the original, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5)
In order to inherit the father’s possessions and authority, a child has to prove his ability to carry out the father’s legacy.
“Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him…And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking. Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.” (Isaac 21
The Godfather saga is a case study of this concept. Out of Vito Corleone’s sons, the older two lose their intended inheritance because they go their own ways. Both out of pride – the oldest out of arrogance and the middle child out of resentment. Only Michael, the youngest, inherits the father’s dominion, because he carries out his father’s will. Michael in turn names his nephew Vincent as his heir, not his son, because Vincent, not his son, wants to carry on the position and is just like him, capable of doing so because he has submitted himself to Michael’s tutelage and authority.
Until the son receives his inheritance, which includes authority to make his own decisions and power to execute his own will on the family holdings, his submission to his father is no different from that of a servant.
“Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.” (Galatians 4:1-2)
As exemplified in
sonship is also a tribal / extended family relationship of Singularity among the siblings.
“a still small voice…when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him…And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest,
And it shall come to pass, that
So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat…and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him…Then he arose, and went after Elijah, and ministered unto / interned under him.” (I Kings 19:12-21)
The Lost Boys
The following charts show that the Sumerians and the Greeks agree with the Hebrews that Anu / Uranus / Ani begat all the first generation of celestial beings.
The concept of evolution has been invalidated by science itself through advances in technology. The cell has far too much irreducible complexity with its parts far too interdependent to have developed greater complexity and functionality by random chance molecular changes. Rather, such mutations result in cancerous cells, corruption and death. The discovery of DNA, the amazing biological “software” code which controls the form and function of every living creature, has forced science to acknowledge Intelligent Design.
Rather than concede that there is one Almighty God, however, the loss of faith in Evolutionism has given rise to the theory of directed panspermia, the belief that extra-terrestrial beings more highly developed than ourselves seeded and developed life on Earth. These, of course, are the gods of the ancient world, called Annunaki in Sumerian culture.
“Zecharia Sitchin believes that the Annunaki genetically engineered modern day humans…” His belief is not a spaced-out aberration. Highly functional power brokers in industry, religion and politics believe in extraterrestrials / aliens, and the probability that they will shortly fully disclose themselves to mankind. This theory, of course, simply pushes the primary question further back in time – how did these extraterrestrials come into being? The Bible made this disclosure thousands of years ago, warning us of their false claims of coming in peace to bring life. They really come in war to bring death.
This began when some of the mighty angels took advantage of their delegated power and authority, making themselves the very source of power over success or failure, life and death, to be prayed to directly, and worshipped as gods.
“God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah. Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy…I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit the nations.” (Psalm 82)
“Thou shalt have no other gods before me…for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God.” (Exodus 20:3-5)
“…I command thee this day to love / be one with the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away…and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish [because those gods will deceive you and lead you into a trap]” (Deuteronomy 30:16-18)
“…when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature [i.e. have no intrinsic powers, only powers given them by the true God] are no gods…” (Galatians 4:8)
“YHVH’s Savior/Yeshua/Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? …he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken…” (John 10:34-35)
As detailed in the previous post Creation, to “call” something into existence is to define its characteristics.
“For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many and lords many,) but to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord YHVH’s Chosen Savior / Yeshua Messiah / Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” (I Corinthians 8:5-6)
According to the Hebrew Scriptures there were ” an innumerable company of angels” (Hebrews 12:22), called a “host” at creation.
“In the beginning God created the heaven and earth…and the host of them.(Genesis 1:1, 2:1)
When we drill down to the original language of the account, the context comes to light. We discover that “host” references an army, and that “shouting” by the sons of God at the laying of the foundation of the earth was during a battle. Think of a football game – a mock battle – where your team shouts to encourage each other, deride the opposing team, or express jubilation at victory.
The Enuma Elish validates this understanding of the Hebrew scripture, reporting a battle for control among the siblings immediately after creation, before humans were created.
21 The divine brothers came together,
22 Their clamour got loud…
24 And by their dancing they spread alarm in Anduruna / heavenly abode of the gods.
25 Apsû…opened his mouth…
37 “Their behaviour has become displeasing to me…
39 I will destroy and break up their way of life…
41 When Tia-mat heard this…
44 She grieved over the (plotted) evil,
45 “How can we destroy what we have given birth to?
46 Though their behaviour causes distress, let us tighten discipline graciously.”
47 Mummu spoke up with counsel for Apsû—…
48 (As from) a rebellious vizier was the counsel of his Mummu— [note the opposing viewpoint]
49 “Destroy, my father, that lawless way of life…
51 Apsû was pleased with him… [“In the beginning was the Word…with God.” John 1″]
52 Because he had plotted evil against the gods, his sons…
55 What they plotted in their gathering
56 Was reported to the gods, their sons. [“and the Word was [one with] God.” John 1]
57 The gods heard it and were frantic.
The idea that Creator God can split himself into smaller sections while still remaining one Being was covered in the post Singularity. But when some of these beings split themselves off from unity with God to become independent beings, was / is this condition sustainable? One would think that the Creator’s immortality was passed to the splits, and I’m quite sure the rebel offspring assumed as much.
But reframe a vague religious concept of immortality in its physics correlate.
“[T]he First Law of Thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another. A perpetual motion machine / infinity entity / immortal angel would have to produce work without energy input. “
The Second Law of Thermodynamics states that that an isolated system will move toward a state of disorder. Additionally, the more energy is transformed, the more of it is wasted.”
By applying the known laws of energy to beings made of energy, I conclude that:
And this is exactly what the Bible reports.
I’ll bet you never heard the plan of salvation quite like that before.
The essential nature of Almighty God is that he is the source of all energy. He alone can not only create indefinitely but sustain eternally by transforming energy into matter (E=mc2). He alone transmits his endless Spirit – energy – as life.
“Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein...I am the LORD: that is my name [function]: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. (Isaiah 42:5-8)
Only the Creator of the gods has greater power than the rebel gods. This fact is key to humanity’s survival.
“And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them. Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord YHVH’s Savior/Yeshua/ Jesus, saying, We adjure you by YHVH’s Savior/Yeshua/ Jesus whom Paul preacheth. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Yahweh’s Savior/Yeshua/Jesus I know / acknowledge, and Paul I know / acknowledge; but who are ye? And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.” (Acts 19:11-16)
